Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 魚米之前試過食魚湯米線煎魚,見餐牌晚飯時段有燉湯二人套餐$179,兩個人食好似幾抵,所以今晚又走去試試。二人套餐有兩餸、一個燉湯、兩碗白飯、兩杯飲品,見好似幾抵就試一次。果醋汁豬扒,帶酸酸甜甜都幾開胃,豬扒算幾好喎,起碼唔鞋先。魚米主打魚,咁就要試下叫麵醬蒸鱸魚,魚用麵醬來蒸,蒸出來魚算新鮮味道都ok,不過不失!鮑魚姬松茸老雞燉湯,二人份量都幾足料,有幾件雞加了松茸菇,雞肉煲到鞋食唔到,但有啖湯飲下,不過我覺得稍為鹹咗啲。間舖可能唔夠人手,店員態度真係麻麻。

從來未寫過食評,今日嘅經歷實在不吐不快!午餐點咗豬軟骨菜飯加熱奶茶,張單都打咗多奶,結果上嚟嘅奶茶並沒有多奶,要勞煩服務員姐姐行多一次。豬軟骨入口一陣燶味,實在鯁唔落,鼓起勇氣同服務員姨姨講,佢提議換其他菜式,結果揀咗炸豬扒,之後等咗二十分鐘個豬扒都未嚟,個菜飯都放到涼哂,又要趕返工,唯有揾服務員姐姐追單,佢又建議改為蘿蔔牛腩。終於有得食,但係牛腩同啲汁好鹹,蘿蔔就冇味。第一次試呢間餐廳,亦會係最後一次!

當時已經非繁忙時間 有很多台的空桌 待應們去洗手間的去洗手間 入廚房聊天的聊天 那位所謂黑衣主任拿對筷子給我就這樣難嗎??
我實在受不了她那語氣和態度 在米線一口都沒有碰過的情況下 一語不發直接拿起單去結帳 那位黑衣主任見狀後不敢親自過來為我結帳 叫了待應A為我結帳

這次 是我最「難忘」的經驗

魚米,故名思義,鮮魚魚湯米線。菜牌上有不同魚類選擇,不喜歡食魚的,有一般米線店的選擇。友人點了黃花魚煎魚可以選擇另上,魚身不細,煎得香脆。黃花魚特點肉質細嫩幼滑,但細骨較多,吃時要很小心。我選了倉魚倉魚肉厚結實骨小,魚身比黃花魚更大,煎得香脆,魚尾脆如薯片。魚湯米線配料足,魚湯鮮濃。魷魚仔十分新鮮,醬油令魷魚鮮味更上一層。
