To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 魚米之前試過食魚湯米線煎魚,見餐牌晚飯時段有燉湯二人套餐$179,兩個人食好似幾抵,所以今晚又走去試試。二人套餐有兩餸、一個燉湯、兩碗白飯、兩杯飲品,見好似幾抵就試一次。果醋汁豬扒,帶酸酸甜甜都幾開胃,豬扒算幾好喎,起碼唔鞋先。魚米主打魚,咁就要試下叫麵醬蒸鱸魚,魚用麵醬來蒸,蒸出來魚算新鮮味道都ok,不過不失!鮑魚姬松茸老雞燉湯,二人份量都幾足料,有幾件雞加了松茸菇,雞肉煲到鞋食唔到,但有啖湯飲下,不過我覺得稍為鹹咗啲。間舖可能唔夠人手,店員態度真係麻麻。

鮑魚姬松茸老雞燉湯,二人份量都幾足料,有幾件雞加了松茸菇,雞肉煲到鞋食唔到,但有啖湯飲下,不過我覺得稍為鹹咗啲。
