老闆林仔唔係一個花巧識講嘢嘅人,有碗話碗有碟話碟,好直好好傾。我最欣賞佢對食材嘅執着。對食物烹調方式同溫度有不可妥協的認真。雖然店子小小,但係佢親力親為,每一道菜出嚟都可以媲美五星級食店的水準,令人心花怒放。碰巧上週六下午路過小店,見到佢小店晚餐已經full house, 只好外賣佢嘅叉燒同燒脆鱔,家裏嘴刁的一老一小食到嘴舐舐非常滿意。不經不覺已經幫襯咗佢10年,美味如一, never disappoints😋

本人第一次從OpenRice搵到呢間小店:滿懷希望咁去食,首先地方難搵,門面只係茶餐廳裝修,樓面夥計又唔夠,淨係做外賣都吾夠人手,最重要嘅係食物嘅價格可以媲美大酒樓,因為我唔知道係私房菜 ( 呢點係我過失 ),所以好多食物都要預訂先至有得食,終於只係食咗燒腩仔同糯米雞翼,講真糯米雞翼燒得過火,皮硬夾燶,$47咁細隻唔見得特別好食,燒腩仔肉就夠林,不過肥膏層吾夠,仲要等成30分鐘,因為店主話係即整,咁冇辦法,終於食唔飽之後仲要去搵雲吞麵食,因為廚房預備食物係要早預訂,菜單嘅款式又唔多,walk-in 客就會冇啖好食,終於兩個人食咗$300唔知食咗乜嘢落肚,我覺得咁嘅價錢不如正正經經去搵間酒樓食晚飯,仲坐得舒舒服服,尤其係而家香港咁嘅環境,唔算抵食同好好食,性價比唔高。

放工諗唔到食乜好,老公提議食呢間,我問點解吖!響邊度?聽都未聽過,佢話係YouTuber推介過話好好味,好正喎⋯⋯咁我哋就7:00左右walk in入去,可能時間尚早,只有一枱客,舖頭唔係好大,大概可以5-6枱坐右啦!而眼見大部分枱都應該已經係預約咗!我哋點咗叉燒、大腸、釀雞翼、扇貝同埋青瓜海蜇!叉燒一上枱、熱辣辣好香好淋,幾好味,另外店員推介嘅釀雞翼同扇貝我就真係覺得麻麻,扇貝蒸得過咗火所以過熟又啲奀,而雞翼炸得幾脆口,可惜完全冇味咁,而大腸亦味道欠奉,但感覺到佢係心機菜,而海蜇青瓜亦不錯,都幾入味!但整餐飯亦覺得偏貴,唔太值!因為招呼冇乜,環境亦欠舒適

Colleagues have been raving about this place saying it’s the best char Siu they’ve tasted in a long time. So decided to order from here takeaway lunch in the office. 3 of us shared a 例牌char siu,燒腩仔,garlic通菜, a box of rice and some 杏汁豬肺湯。Tasted the soup first (costing ard $67 per person). Very strong and sweet almond flavour; but pork flavour could be stronger tho.Char Siu was impressive indeed - 燶邊+半肥,thickly sliced. 通菜 was surprisingly impressive as well. Although it looked like it was soaked in oil, it didn’t taste oily at all. We finished all.
In summary, highly recommended. One of the best takeaways I’ve had since working in QB.

呢間餐廳係見有位Youtuber介紹,話要預先book位,仲要預留定菜先,就專登黎食,間餐廳個位置有啲難揾,係條巷仔入面。Book位順便就預留埋一份例牌燒鵝($155)。賣相係靚,不過食落係肥膏偏多,但味道係香,肉味都重,個皮都脆身,但就真係肥咗啲。椒鹽九肚魚($98),其實我覺得冇乜椒鹽味,似係有加小小調味,之後炸咁。脆皮燒腩仔($135),呢個幾推介,好脆同個油脂分佈得好好,食每一舊都好過癮。風味茄子($88),都算招牌菜式之一,不過唔知係咪調味重手咗,呢碟好鹹。其實呢間餐廳既食物表現中上,不過環境同服務有待改進。啲位置係相當逼,直情要背貼背,加上睇得出員工對熟客就特別好招呼,本身我地仲打算嗌糯米雞翼既,嗌咗話有,轉頭又話冇,但係就見到隔離枱熟客遲我地小小嗌,但佢地就有。熟客都係由新客做起,如果客人可以感受到餐廳對新客既熱情,同環境可以稍為再執下,應該會更好。
