依家嚟到呢間唔算奢華但又潔淨企理嘅中餐廳,估唔到食物勁過預期噃!嚟到就狂掃咗六款招牌菜。對啦,最正就係個辣椒汁螺,唔係咁辣,但啖啖肉,韌中帶腍,啱晒口味。再黎就係啲米通螺片,微鹹帶甜嘅汁醬,包裹著順滑嘅米通,真系係食到停唔到口啊😋!話說,個啫啫珍珠蚌呢,真系第一次試。蚌肉質感煙韌,伴隨嗰陣香辣豆酥嘅味道,正到爆炸!魚塘蟹(米椒)原來都咁過癮,仲要同白飯一齊撈,味道啱啱好。不過就系獨自一個食嘅話會微妙過鹹。點算少得個香煎豆腐,金黃色嘅外皮脆卜卜,入面嘅豆腐又滑又嫩,呢個對比啊,簡直係藝術品!我同老豆嘅眼睛訓就亮晒起嚟,對啲廚藝真系折服。食完晚飯,肚囊囊嘅,心情都好正啊👍👍。 continue reading

今次話你知,我食到嘅是驚喜連連!👀首先,蔥油雞出場,真係一大盤,滿滿的蔥花,幾嘢啫!撥開層層蔥絲,潮濕嘅雞肉露出嚟。咬落去,肉汁四溢,啖啖肉嘅啖落肚,又甘、又滑,嗲味到暈!再講講椒鹽豆腐,啱晒喜歡嘴饞嘅我。香口又唔油膩,啲豆腐軟綿綿、外脆內軟,個人鍾意到飛起!至於沙拉骨,其實有啲攪拌唔夠好,但骨頭香煎得啱啱好,有肉感同酸甜滋味。吖啲芝士焗蝦呢?喂!流哂口水!🤤佢哋超級足料,芝士濃得嚟又泡漲,海鮮鮮香撲鼻,伊麵又係啱啱好嘅煙韌感,每啖都啃得我心花怒放!唔好以為數嚟數去就冇嘢食喇,越南炒飯來嘅時侯正正細膩杰,飯粒分明,香口得嚟又唔會太油,一啖接一啖,停唔到口!食物味道好,份量足,感覺親民,真係嚟呢轉,食得咁真心,過得幾開心!😊就算唔係食神,都要讚兩聲:好味哋! continue reading

約左一班朋友去灣仔食飯,一大班人最重要係坐得舒服可以傾下計,咁我地就簡左呢間食小菜,Book左枱,人齊就入得。我地6個人坐起門口既一張大枱,可能因為近門口,所以比較熱,冷氣唔係太夠。-6個人嗌左7個小菜,加一個炒飯,可能高估左大家既食量,最後都唔係太得食哂~-1. 脆皮炸豆腐招牌既脆皮炸豆腐,大大粒,炸得好香脆,外脆內滑!黎到一定要試~2. 椒鹽鮮魷唔會有太多炸粉,岩岩好~3. 蝦醬蝦乾蒸豬頸肉有驚喜的一道菜,蝦醬蝦乾味道好出。 4. 魚香茹子煲好香好惹味。5. 蒜蓉炒豆苗家常小菜,有家既味道!6. 蜜餞蒜香骨骨比較多,唔係太食到有肉,下次可以唔嗌呢個菜~7. 越華炒飯加入左蝦乾仔去炒,炒飯炒得飯粒粒粒分明,係有質素既炒飯!-飲埋野,一人都係$140,起呢區咁抵既餐廳真係好少~下次人多都可以再黎! continue reading

環境3分:正常中式酒樓格局,人多坐得好迫,又嘈,三分。衛生3分:地方都叫整齊,張枱上有紙有牙籤,正常三分。服務3分:樓面阿叔態度都算正常,又夠快手,都係三分。味道4分:1)      豉油王炒麵炒得比起出面其他酒樓乾身,算最好食,食落唔係十分之油膩,食大半碟都唔覺得成口好油。2)      避風塘炒蟹叫左小辣,食辣蟹如果唔辣就不如唔好食,但係小辣就已經對我黎講非常之辣,隻蟹都算肥大。碟上超多蒜蓉,兩隻大大蟹鉗,蟹身食下食下都算多肉,唔錯。3)      蝦多士總共有八塊,炸得乾身,隻蝦都算OK大, 多士嚟講絕對合格。抵食4分:兩個人食左唔使千二蚊就有兩個餸加靚蟹食,有啤酒飲,可以畀四分。 continue reading
