黎親呢間都一定係揀雲桂米線,貪佢夠多料,有齊晒所有好食嘅料係入面。雲桂米線 $60入面嘅料包括豆卜、雞絲、冬菇、腩肉、魚肉春卷、龍蝦卷等等。佢嘅腩肉真係值得一讚,煮得好入味。辣度方面我揀咗大辣,雖然佢幾辣,但都唔會蓋過咗應該要有嘅香味。至於雞絲都真係好好食,啲雞絲索晒個湯,好夠味。食完果下會因為佢好開胃而覺得好似未飽,好想繼續再食。但係呢碗米線因為材料較多,米線份量亦都唔少,飲啖水,坐多一陣,就會發現原來已經飽到上心口。

It was my second visit and I wanted to try something different.Their menu was simple and clear and you could choose noodles/toppings to make your favourite combo. I asked for 小辣. According to the menu, it said "明火烹調,配有芽菜,酸菜,韮菜,蔥,芫莤。“The soup was really quite sour and just slightly spicy with bean sprouts, pickled pieces, loads of spring onion and some coriander. The 紅薯粉 was super super smooth and al dente. It was actually hard to bite it off so that I had to suck a whole noodle into my mouth to swallow. The 紅薯粉 actually looked transparent but nothing red. Seemed to be pretty low in calories. There were also quite a lot of minced pork in the soup. The basic 小鍋紅薯粉 cost $33. I topped up at $9 for 豬軟骨 and $9 for 貢丸. At a cost of $9, there were 3-4 pieces of 豬軟骨 which were quite a good value for money. There were at least 2 pieces with soft bones which had been boiled perfectly and well seasoned. Some of them were very lean though. At a cost of $9, there were 2 貢丸. They had a strong flavour of mushrooms.

There were 12 slices of grilled pork neck, although some slices were small. No wonder this snack was more expensive than a bowl of noodles. The grilled pork neck were very crispy yet not overly greasy or fatty. They smelt and tasted pretty good and went even better with the sweet & sour sauce on the side. 


The restaurant was nicely renovated, making you feel like you were in Yunnan. It was very bright and looked pretty clean. To conclude about the food, 秘製豬頸肉 and 紅薯粉 were definitely worth trying.

在香港米線店當中,為人熟悉的一定是譚仔,其次就是雲某某,我發現大多米線店都喜歡用「雲XX」來命名。今次來到銅鑼灣逛街,就來到這間分店,其實很久都沒有光顧過,就試一試有沒有退步。環境:很寬敞,喜歡它的燈罩是一頂頂的農夫草帽,有農家風味。我最欣賞是餐牌放在桌上的玻璃面下,每個座位都有,不怕餐牌被其他人觸摸過,可以點叫時安全又安心,很聰明的做法。所有米線店基本上都是一碗湯米線價格加上每項配料價格來算的。人氣小鍋米線(小辣)$31+菊花蜜$7配有芽菜、韭菜、酸菜、芫茜、香蔥這五種伴料,另外加上菜肉餛飩$9和炸醬$9。湯底呈黃色,辣油不多,全是炸醬的辣油,味道不夠雲川燒濃郁,不過攪拌炸醬後就好多了,而單吃炸醬是頗咸的。重點是說餛飩,雖說只有兩顆,但每個餛飩都如拳頭般大,絕對一口吃不了,料足而多肉,難怪我見到只賣餛飩湯的主菜,是絕對吃得飽足。下次我都是點叫餛飩湯就好。小食:蒜泥白肉賣相不錯,白肉卷起了四塊青瓜,表面是豐富的蒜泥,下層的辣椒油像裝飾多於調味,因為完全嚐不出辣味,是涼品小食。白肉不感肥膩,因為有青瓜解膩,多了一層口感,只是可惜不辣。

今日灣仔會展行完婚展,女朋友突然想食米線,行去銅鑼灣搵到間叫雲桂香,換換口味,不吃譚記。兩人一人一碗再加個小食,已夠曬, 食完飽到唔想郁。一碗係麻酸辣小鍋紅薯粉配豬大腸和豬頸肉,中辣女朋友好辣,但越食越辣而且超級麻,食完嘴唇都紅腫,幸好她叫了杯咸檸七,舒緩她的麻秘感,小鍋當然好多配料芽菜、酸菜,瘦肉碎、芫茜蔥少不了,碎肉不會好多肥膏碎,另一碗係酸辣小鍋米線配豬軟骨和腩肉,米線似超市買的江西米線,較幼身,不似是新鮮製造,但硬度岩岩好不軟不硬,豬軟骨和腩肉係我食米線必叫之選,腩肉切得好薄,而豬軟骨又好厚身入味,飲了好幾啖湯底,非常濃郁,叫左千層豬耳,同其他米線店的豬耳做法不一樣,有點似上海菜中的肴肉,但薄切,每層豬耳都有層啫喱,配上黑醋蒜茸好開胃, 若想辣可以自加辣椒油。

最愛吃米線醫肚,一來性價比高,價錢經濟,二來方便速食。通常都是離不開湯米線,但見圖片好像蠻吸引,那這次一試拌麵吧,有熱食或涼拌選擇。拌麵像湯麵一樣自己加配料。米線的腍度及韌度剛好,醬汁濃味,沒想到更加開胃惹味。涼拌米線:涼拌米線的佐料有肉醬、榨菜、鹹菜、花生、蔥花及辣醬汁。配料加了日式鱈魚豆腐及墨魚丸。第一次吃這鱈魚豆腐,原來是油炸過的,外皮炸至金黃,內裡白滑彈牙,口感像白魚丸。拌麵比湯的更濃香惹味,不過吃到底醬汁都浸著米線,令那些麵條較鹹。

有日突然發現公司附近呢間雲南米線轉左招牌,新裝修感覺企理靚仔好多,無咗老土感覺,於是今晚上堂前就一個人去食飯。米線選擇都有好幾款,有點想食海鱸魚米線,不過最後還是選了個雲桂米線改配紅薯粉。碗米線分量相當之多,配料極豐富包括腩肉、雞絲、魚肉春卷、鮮竹龍蝦卷、雲耳、腐竹、冬菇、韭菜、芽菜和酸菜等等,湯底我揀咗清湯,清甜帶甜我都幾鍾意,至於個紅薯粉都好正,滑嘟嘟又彈牙,很喜歡。另外加咗碟炒芥蘭,估唔到都相當大碟,深綠色新鮮芥蘭,靚菜!食到好飽飽😆熱飲只需加$4 (可能我剛好講得切下午茶時段落單),菊花蜜好飲。

疫情嚴峻,雖然間間餐廳都冇得坐低堂食,但無阻我一顆食米線嘅熱情。嚟到銅鑼灣,一定係你雲桂香食小鍋米線,呢間係我食咁多間米線,覺得最最最好食嘅一間。小窩米線配左墨魚頭、肥牛、腩肉,三樣都係餐牌上印住必食嘅手指公👍🏻墨魚頭爽口好有口感,三樣配料都好好食好入味。下午茶時間好抵配飲品都只係加$4。另外加咗個「醬拌皮蛋」做小食,川味辣辣地...正。外賣好貼心,湯同麵可以分開裝,拎到返屋企仲係熱辣辣,最誇張係個份量超多,兩個人食都夠😮加完米線落個湯底,已經要滿瀉了,食飽飽超級滿足👍🏻下午再嚟要試下黃花魚米線,望落都好吸引。疫情過後要嚟坐低慢慢享受。希望每間餐廳都一齊努力捱過,繼續比我享受四週美食啦💪🏻

外賣好貼心,湯同麵可以分開裝,拎到返屋企仲係熱辣辣,最誇張係個份量超多,兩個人食都夠😮加完米線落個湯底,已經要滿瀉了,食飽飽超級滿足👍🏻

下午再嚟要試下黃花魚米線,望落都好吸引。疫情過後要嚟坐低慢慢享受。希望每間餐廳都一齊努力捱過,繼續比我享受四週美食啦💪🏻

照舊啦,都係平時咁,食飽咗又想再食少少野。今次食完午餐,襯六點前可以入座,入來雲桂香食下野!因為食飽咗,所以今次唔食米線之類麵食,快速食啲小食!📍秘製豬頸肉($47)見餐牌寫住秘製,而且冇圖片,忍不住叫來睇睇咩味。哦,原來係泰式感覺的豬頸肉,肉量慷慨大方,配上泰式辣醬,味道不錯。📍口水雞($52)好輕微少少辣,咸香味為主。秘製麻辣醬汁浸透成隻雞,頗入味,雞肉尚算嫩滑,量多。以呢個價錢來講,萬分抵食!

見餐牌寫住秘製,而且冇圖片,忍不住叫來睇睇咩味。哦,原來係泰式感覺的豬頸肉,肉量慷慨大方,配上泰式辣醬,味道不錯。

好輕微少少辣,咸香味為主。秘製麻辣醬汁浸透成隻雞,頗入味,雞肉尚算嫩滑,量多。以呢個價錢來講,萬分抵食!

米線係我既Comfort Food,一諗唔到想食咩就會食米線。咁岩附近有間雲桂香,先醒起已經好耐無食雲桂香既小鍋湯底。肥牛大腸小鍋米線 $55小鍋湯底配有芽菜、酸菜、韮菜、蔥同芫茜,不過我走哂。小辣湯底香濃,仲帶有少少肉碎,夾埋米線一齊食好惹味。因為小鍋湯底夠濃,所以叫左肥牛同大腸做餸,夠哂索汁。蟲草花雞米線 $51湯底唔算濃,清清地,但雞件都幾多,所以雞味都算突出。不過米線就一定無小鍋湯底咁索湯,如果你係食得清淡既人會中意蟲草花雞米線多啲。

因為小鍋湯底夠濃,所以叫左肥牛同大腸做餸,夠哂索汁。

蟲草花雞米線 $51
湯底唔算濃,清清地,但雞件都幾多,所以雞味都算突出。不過米線就一定無小鍋湯底咁索湯,如果你係食得清淡既人會中意蟲草花雞米線多啲。

今日出去銅鑼灣經過雲桂香,見到終於都裝修好,好耐冇食過喇,一於入去試下裝修後味道如何,踏入去鋪頭依舊人頭湧湧,等左陣就有位,裝修完果然係舒服,冷氣又夠凍,乾淨企理。今次點左清湯小窩米線,招牌腩肉,墨魚丸,同豆卜 … 湯底清甜,米線軟硬適中,招牌腩肉不失水準,精髓在於辣辣地肥瘦適中,至於墨魚丸爽口彈牙,重中之重就梗係豆卜,吸收曬湯嘅精華,軟綿綿又有咬口,如果韭菜份量可以多啲就好喇,跟餐叫咗杯凍檸茶少甜少冰都只係8蚊,經濟又夠飽啱啱好。
