銅鑼灣嘅商廈一向係唔少高質omakase店嘅集中地,耀華街呢度最近就新開咗呢間雪見,一出lift淨係見到好靚嘅日式園藝🎋門口好似好神秘咁,一踏前,前方就有道黑色嘅自動門緩緩打開,先會見到入面富麗堂皇嘅裝潢,好有氣派。今次lunch time試咗壽司9貫套餐🍣包沙律、海鮮蒸蛋、麵豉湯同雪糕,可以坐係席前睇住師傅整。美中不足嘅係最後無得揀雪糕定咖啡,雪糕都係得芝麻一隻味。壽司九貫(蜜柑鯛魚、深海池魚、牡丹蝦、鯖魚、醬油漬吞拿魚、葱配小姬魚、火炙鰈魚邊、醬油漬鮑魚、火炙拖羅、海膽吞拿魚軍艦)壽司每件都好食👍🏻👍🏻無話邊款差啲,飯嘅調味同質感都啱啱好,就咁食件壽司都ok。當中蜜柑鯛魚比較少見,用蜜柑醃過嘅鯛魚帶點酸味。鯖魚唔腥仲有佢獨有香味😋小姬魚(第一次聽,唔知係咪呢個姬🙈😂)好特別,加埋蔥花好香口。火炙嘅油甘魚或左口魚就食得多,火炙鰈魚都係第一次食,燒到好香口,入口即化,好好食😻😻食埋最後兩件之前先食個漬鮑魚間場,醬油味好入味。火炙拖羅都係入口即化好香,但比起鰈魚中間保留返少少爽口,好食。最後嘅軍艦好足料,有甘香嘅海膽仲有鮮甜吞拿魚,好滿足。沙律、海鮮蒸蛋、麵豉湯、芝麻雪糕人均消費:$48

一席難求是有原因的!成個八月full晒Booking,食得出嘅真材實料有時候不需太多花巧,市面上很多廚師發板都過多調味和裝飾刻意點綴…我卻喜歡這裏平實、真材實料的方式去演繹每一件壽司話說一早book定一個週日下午來嘆雪見的OMAKASE!以每一件壽司、魚生鮮味來說,這裏超班質素,根本就是物超所值!不論是裝潢、服務、刀工、選材、時令魚生不靠任何調味、裝飾已經盡顯每一見巧手壽司、魚生都經過精挑細選鮮味十足!

本來book左尖沙咀既空不過原來空星期一休息執董姐姐安排左我地去依度試食餐廳正在試業期間所以所有設施都好新淨留象最深刻既係電梯出口轉灣既自動門因為樓底夠高,顯得幾有氣派鮮果蕃茄非常鮮甜海膽豆腐配三文魚子最後果個係希靈魚籽相當特別真鯛輕輕燒過配上醬汁,別有一番風味石桓貝輕輕一拍,成隻貝即刻收縮入口滿滿既鮮味隔黎條友牛高馬大食生蠔怕肚痾我幫你手頂埋日本蠔一如既往既鮮甜爽脆,味道單純依個介乎中拖同大拖之間輕輕一燒,加上一個好特別既醬汁,完全配合到拖羅既油脂感吸物依個時候上岩岩好個湯小小辣,又酸酸地好醒胃,又解下酒白蝦寿司,清清地又好鮮甜作為第一件寿司非常稱職不得了,海膽滿滿的感覺超幸福禾牛燒入口輕微一咬就滿滿油香两條肥仔表示唔夠飽師父請我地食依個卷物入面有好多種魚留象最深刻既係入面有腦天係度我感覺依個卷物包涵左半個海洋今日我地食係1680既set下次試埋2280先
