見有師兄師姐提過下,book左去呢間試下,Luch $880 有八折 ,份量女士還可以接受,男士可能爭啲,舍利正常,望上好鬆但又唔散,師傅好老實講尋晚剩魚款式唔多,不過海膽好明顯係有少少出口,好在唔腥,都有心既,最後問我地夠唔夠飽,整多左個手卷俾我地嘆,唯一係個茶蒸碗唔夠滑,要跟進一下。#奇怪點解得我地一檯 #包場

中拖羅:相對大拖羅會少咗啲油脂香,但魚味相對會突出返啲,仍然都能食到入口即化嘅口感,油香同魚味兩者會平均過大拖羅。

魷魚配海膽:師傅細心將魷魚切粒,會較平時整塊魷魚嘅壽司有咬口,而魷魚上面仲加左鮮甜味十足嘅赤海膽,令味道層次變得更豐富。

大拖羅壽司:只係望到都流哂口水,見到魚肉本身佈滿咗精美細緻嘅魚油油花,完全做到入口即化,滿口油香,真係令人一食愛上。

赤身醬油漬:醬油漬赤身雖然食落冇之前食嘅大拖羅咁肥美,但係肉質非常柔軟,而醬油更能突出赤身嘅魚味。

海膽壽司
紫菜好脆身,壽司飯同海膽嘅比例拿捏得好好,而海膽相當新鮮,入口綿滑,滿滿海膽獨有嘅鮮甜味,真心好味。

帆立貝:帆立貝勁大粒,夠哂新鮮,肉亦都好厚,鮮甜清爽,再加埋少少黑松露,令香味有更多嘅層次。

湯物:鯛魚湯
魚湯呈好完美嘅奶白色,唔會有一點嘅魚腥味,只飲得出無比嘅鮮甜,不過一定一定趁熱飲。

稻庭烏冬:烏冬夠哂彈牙,份量剛剛好。

甜品:靜岡蜜瓜夠哂清甜,為呢餐豐富嘅Omakase劃上完美嘅句號。
