To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 魚米呢間舖,講真... 都係麻麻地啦。😐首先講個價錢,確實唔算貴,對於平民食客嚟講都算係可以接受嘅。💰👌 但係你知啦,平嘢有平嘢嘅道理。佢哋嘅魚湯米線配原條炸魚,聽落好似幾吸引。🐟🍜 但係一食就知道啲魚唔係太新鮮,明顯係用雪藏魚整㗎。😕 仲有啊,以前嗰條左口魚大大條,而家細咗好多,真係有啲失望。📏😔至於豬軟骨菜飯呢,睇到出係預先整好,到時再微波爐叮返熱咁。🔥🍚 咁樣整出嚟嘅嘢食,你都知係點啦,冇咩驚喜可言。🤷‍♂️如果你只係想平平地填飽個肚,魚米都算係一個choice啦。🥄👍 但係如果你對食物有啲要求嘅,可能會覺得有啲失望。😞環境就普普通通啦,冇乜特別。🏠 職員態度都算可以,唔會好差,但都唔會特別好。🙂總括嚟講,魚米都係間中食下啦。🤔 如果你剛好喺附近又肚餓,又想慳啲錢,咁入去食啲嘢都無妨。🍽️但係唔好抱太大期望喎!😉 記住,你俾咩價錢,就會得到咩質素嘅嘢食。💡 所以唔好對佢要求太高啦,咁先唔會太失望。😅如果你想食啲好啲嘅嘢,可能要諗下第二間喇。🤔💭 香港有咁多好嘢食,總有啲更好嘅選擇嘅!😊👍 continue reading

就咁睇相,你未必會知呢間食店死因起邊,但你睇落去就會佢點解生意慘淡啦!話說今早心血來潮想嚟幫襯呢間好耐未嚟過嘅連鎖食店,魚米,在嚟呢間舖頭之前,我必需經過佢一個舖位之隔嘅意樂,一望入去,生意非常好,星期日朝早,接近10點,幾乎坐滿,反觀呢間魚米,唔係小貓三四隻,而係少貓一兩隻,大量坐位任坐。我隨便搵個卡位坐低,拎起餐牌,原來轉咗,但第一眼畀我搵到呢次嚟食嘅目標:餐蛋治配熱奶茶,承惠$29,烘底加$1,即一共$30,呢個價錢絕對有競爭力,因為佢樓上嗰間翠屏茶餐廳,唔烘底都要$34,對面嘅譚仔連烘底都要$29,同區嘅百分百,麵包厚啲,烘底要$35,你話佢呢個價係唔係算係有競爭力?咁問題出起起邊?死罪一,杯奶茶出事:我慣性唔試味,先落糖攪勻再試味,咁就出事啦!哇!甜到呢,好似落咗煉奶咁甜,而且無茶香、無奶味,雖然唔嚡口,但一味得個甜字,完全唔掂。死罪二,餐蛋治:雖然佢標榜係頂級餐肉,但實情係呃鬼食豆腐,塊餐肉一啲都唔香,咁都叫頂級?頂佢個肺就有份;仲有,個炒蛋唔修邊,露咗出嚟,賣相已經打折扣莫非係故意咁做,令人覺得佢用咗好多料?死罪三,服務:堂堂一間連鎖經營食肆,居然唔出單畀客,到我出去收銀埋單時,負責收銀嘅亦完全無講幾錢,我於是碌大對眼望實佢出張收條,嗰吓佢意識到我似乎想到張收條,就問我係唔係想要張收條,我當然話係啦!點知你會唔會收錯數㗎,好彩收款金額正確,我可以安心出門離開。起我進食期間,有個無著制服嘅女人起度講電話,埋怨生意呢間舖頭生意唔好,我有理由相信佢係呢間店舖嘅負責人。鬼咩!咁嘅食物質素同服務態度,同佢嘅競爭對手完全比下去啦!而事實上,就起我入嚟呢半個鐘,只有兩個人入嚟食嘢,外賣亦只有一單。而我離開之後,即朝早10點半,返轉頭去睇吓意樂,望入去係完全滿座,再過馬路,去佢對面嘅大家樂同譚仔望下,大家樂接近滿座,相信同佢哋有一班基本捧場客有關,而譚仔嘅入座率就同魚米有得比,之但係譚仔嘅午市係超好生意,可以拉上補下,而魚米可唔可以做到咁?我絕對有保留。 continue reading

一早行過食咗個早餐一入去已經相當奇怪不過兩三台客但係每一張枱都擺滿上一手食客食完嘅餐具成間嘢完全冇人做嘢兩個阿姐行嚟行去唔知做燈膽壞咗都唔換講返份早餐雞扒餐肉炒蛋熱咖啡 39蚊正正常常冇乜特別同一般連鎖快餐店差唔多但係餐廳嘅服務 極度惡劣因為後尾發現原來間餐廳唔係冇人做嘢起碼見到兩個樓面同埋一個清潔阿姐全部加埋得四枱人但係客人食完嘅餐具依然就咁擺咗喺枱面有新嘅人客入嚟根本唔知坐邊度好佢都係一間連鎖嘅食店睇嚟管理層要好好整治下班阿姐 continue reading

今晚大家都有點累,又凍,決定叫魚米!清蒸黃立倉 HK$79.00 少少䶢和少少油膩豬軟骨牛肉雞翼米線(加底)HK$79.00豬軟骨真的肥得很,多油到。。。娃娃菜 HK$25.00 還可以 okay la~東江雜菜煲 HK$58.00這碗所謂的「雜菜煲」的最下面用了不知甚麼類似粗身的河粉,來做配菜(墊底),實在很難食。扣分!整體而言,下次還是叫回「譚仔」,起碼不會太多油,又不會無啦啦多了不知甚麼河粉之類在菜裡面。 continue reading

今日本身凍凍地,想食d熱野。(平時隔離有兩間餐廳都食開)比次機會你,睇下會唔會成為第3間食堂。試試而間野,個咖啡黎到果時,飲第一口,已經同隔離兩間有對比。(算,中午唔好咁高要求)觀感無咖啡油,點叫即磨咖啡?口感,無味,要落糖先有味。個餐黎埋,xyz!!!!!!!。。。第一次覺得中午咁唔底食,唔怪得無乜人。👏成個粉面餐,陣係食粉。49蚊,陣係食粉好似貴左少少,原來d餸係咁貴。得果6粒細!魷魚圈!炸粉多個魷魚。隔離兩間起碼有d野落個胃。打完而篇食評,飽哂熱哂多謝哂,一肚氣同嬲到熱。食完唔飽,仍要去再食其他野。 continue reading
