我點咗米粉,蘿白豬大腸金錢肚魷魚豬軟骨,女友小熊點咗貢丸牛栢葉雞中翼肥牛花菇,兩碗都,點咗花膠.

優點:

1, 有花膠提供夠創意,花膠份量唔算少,入味又夠冧,果然名不虛傳!

2, 花菇同樣入味又夠冧.

3, 唔係檔檔車仔麵有蔥花,任你點有我大愛蔥花提供,讚!

4, 湯底清甜.

5, 冷氣夠凍.

6, 落單寫係塊過膠板上,夠環保.

缺點不少:

1, 蘿白超甜,但係甜到好似糖水咁就好似有D奇怪!

2, 更奇怪係豬大腸有股酸味! 但又唔似變壞,因為我食完之後第二日都無肚痛,可能我消化力強吧,總之.... 果種酸味好奇怪.

3, 日式豬軟骨,軟骨部位只係煮成爽脆口感,唔係軟冧口感,軟冧口感更夾自己口味.

4, 金錢肚唔入味又有少少韌.

5, 牛栢葉縮哂水.

6, 貢丸雖然煮熟,但口感有D硬,無咗貢丸果種鬆軟口感.

7, 環境俾我感覺係唔夠乾淨,枱面行D古舊風,我就話唔識欣賞啫,但天花又好似滲水,喇叭同埋四圍又有D厚厚嘅塵,牆身又污糟.....

8, 座位編排又好奇怪,兩旁座位係面壁而坐,感覺好自閉,唔舒服.


最後餐廳又係用趟門設計,D食客又總係無手尾,只識開門唔識唔閂門走哂D冷氣浪費能源.

成兩舊水俾咁嘅性質,性價比低,紅磡喜喜麵館更抵更好味,環境衛生又大大扣分,無法唔俾負評了....

This is my favourite cart noodle spot in Sham Shui Po. The seating is comfortable and the Cantonese pop songs and hand-written messages on the wall and friendly staff make it feel more welcoming.

When it comes to ordering cart noodles, be sure to get at least three  toppings with your noodles, or four if you want to replace the noodles with vegetables (which are counted as a topping).

The egg white fish tofu is a pleasant surprise when you bite into it, but you may want to try other soup bases for more flavor. The pork cartilage is large and tender.

My personal favorites include the fried squid paste, fried pork neck, the flavorful braised pork blood, and the generous portion of braised mushrooms. The Korean noodles have a nice texture and it complements the toppings really well. For vegetables, I recommend the choy sum for its freshness and abundance.

There are various sauces available, including satay, curry, and spicy flavors. The chili oil provided on the table is also delicious and adds a nice kick to the dish.


相比起深水埗另一間車仔麵"名店",我就更中意呢間車仔麵,坐得舒服,牆上既廣東話留言同廣東歌好有親切感。

車仔麵最少要叫三餸加麵, 淨餸就要叫四餸 (菜底當淨餸計)

蛋白魚腐: 咬開有驚喜, 但可能要揀其他重口既湯底會惹味D
豬軟骨: 大大嚿但稔身

車仔麵食得多?車仔湯飯又食過未呢?唔好睇佢咁平,店員哥哥服務態度5粒星🌟幫襯嗰日得佢一個人睇樓面,不時仲需要出入廚房,但佢依然勁好禮貌同熱情👍🏻唔知係咪因為叫咗多湯所以幫我分咗碟,平時應該係一碗過🤣不過咁樣可以睇清楚曬超多花膠😚真係可以花膠食到飽!唔大食嘅話大家可以叫少飯🍚汁方面建議大家可以揀牛腩汁🦬🐂🐃🐄🐮又黃又平又好食又好服務態度,絕對推薦大家去食❤️‍🔥

返緊工叫外賣食,平時食開個冬菇好好味,但我到攞之後,佢竟然聽錯咗俾咗金菇我,真係有啲嬲,不過都冇辦法啦,唯有自己下次都要睇清楚張單,但服務態度質素都好好👍所以絕對有下次😝

我可以總括以上話好食/比正評嘅留言嘅內容(哇!佢係黃店黃店黃店,話知佢難食,點都要讚到佢好食到飛起。)但係即使係黃店都要有質素,唔係掛住黃店呢個名銜係口作一個賺錢嘅工具,之前試過好多黃店真心有質素,比錢都唔會心痛,但係呢間唔係。我自己個人食過一次呢間,唔會再去食,真心寧願去隔離街出名啲嗰間,呢間啲湯淡到好似滾水咁冇味,懶係多嘢揀咁有幾款湯底,我地叫左兩款(沙嗲+腩汁)試過兩款,唔知道係咪中左肺炎定係點,兩款乜味都冇。本人係隔離街嗰間食開鍾意每淡麵都要連湯一齊食,呢間係麵連水一齊食。啲餸嘅味全部都係源自於本身嘅醃料,本身係深水埗翻工,有開自己心目中嘅食堂,但係呢間係blacklist。即使嘢食唔好食,但係入面啲員工大部分都算有禮貌。
