我有個習慣就係如果見到或諗起好想食嘅食材,就唔理佢係咩菜式,有得食就會滿足。今日見到呢個餐牌就懷住興奮嘅心情食門鱔帶骨炸魚皮。。。食物上桌,心一沉,我就知呢篇食評必然係喊喊。炸魚皮:唔夠脆,冇骨嘅,大家可自行判斷。湯頭:接近清水嘅程度,我叫嘅係小麻辣,係清湯加小小麻辣油。河粉:滑,彈牙,合格以上。雲吞:蝦係爽嘅,味道一般。秘製雞扒:皮脆,有肉汁,全餐最好食嘅,如果當日係為雞扒而來,應該會感到滿意。 牛舌細嗰兩舊好乾,又硬,非常失敗。大嘅部位算靚,但局部位置偏韌,好食講唔上,就不過不失。

炸魚皮:唔夠脆,冇骨嘅,大家可自行判斷。

牛舌細嗰兩舊好乾,又硬,非常失敗。大嘅部位算靚,但局部位置偏韌,好食講唔上,就不過不失。
