想不到鏞記唔止以飛天燒鵝聞名,其他手工粵菜都係頂呱呱。紅燒乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,指甲留香,如果唔係因為要留肚食其他菜真係想食多一隻。炸蝦丸好夠鑊氣,香脆嘅外層底下係爽脆嘅蝦滑,層次分明,芋頭煲有雞肉同埋鴨肉,好好餸飯,呢味菜絕對係滿分之作。順德炸牛奶應該用嘅係傳統水牛奶,唔會太甜,剛剛好
