今日朋友帶了我去一間上海家庭式小店,格局帶點懷舊的上海味道,店員也份外親切友善。我們點選了二人精美套餐$288,價錢一點兒也不貴。五香燻魚燻魚炸得外酥內嫩,炸過的魚肉吸收了醬汁,鹹中帶濃濃的香甜味,脆嫩又香口,作為前菜小吃,令人食指大動。酸辣湯食材有筍、冬菇、肉絲、蛋花、木耳、豆腐、鴨血等,蔬菜的甜味與豐富的材料配搭那酸酸辣辣的口感,總是令人欲罷不能。特式松子魚魚肉炸至有如松子般的形狀而得名,將煮好的甜酸汁淋在魚塊上,最後灑上少許松子仁增加口感,令吃下去時更香脆。炸好的魚塊酥脆甘香,肉質滑溜,帶點酸酸甜甜,醒胃可口。魚肚津白津白清甜軟淋,跟魚肚吸收了清湯,更加鮮甜美味。回鍋肉炒粗麵Q香的五花肉和香甜的大蔥跟調好的醬汁快炒,之加入粗麵炒成,香氣撲鼻,微微的辣味更加刺激味蕾。擂沙湯圓擂沙湯圓內餡有黑芝麻,外皮灑上黃豆粉更是十分香口。 continue reading

呢間上海菜每道菜都幾好味, 而且好有住家菜風味, 係市面一般連鎖店比唔到既味道😋雞絲粉皮雞肉夠嫩口, 容易咬開, 粉皮就爽口掛汁, 係開胃既前菜👍紅燒肉好香好大碟, 仲要唔係得個配菜多, 而真係比左好多舊肉, 肉係半肥瘦既豬肉, 肉身比例都算高, 唔會話成舊淨係得脂肪, 醃得好入味🐖小籠包食上海菜必點! 肉汁就係小籠包既精華, 呢度有樣比出面優勝既係, 佢每個小籠包都用個錫紙兜兜住, 就算唔識揸筷子整穿咗個皮都唔會漏晒d汁, 十分細心💯麻婆豆腐豆腐幾挺身, 唔會用匙羹一匹就散, 醬汁帶有微辣, 香口惹味😉素鵝食咗咁多肉當然要食下啲齋菜中和下, 腐皮帶有少少脆身, 入面冬菇都爆得幾香👌高力豆沙質感都幾淋好易入口, 配有紅豆做餡增加甜度, 做飯後甜品一流😛 continue reading
