利园一家中高档越南菜,环境雅致,适合小聚。整体味道是喜欢的,食材和份量也值这个价,菜式既丰富又有特色,南北越的菜式都有囊括,还有香港的越南菜餐厅和小店里都较少见的顺化风味。·但给不了好评的原因是服务真的很扫兴,明明菜还没吃完,就三番五次要来收盘子,最后更是失礼地“啪”一声把账单拍在桌子上,催促我们结账走人。然而在预定和入座前都并未告知有用餐时间限制,当时店内也没有坐满。·【牛百叶沙律】牛百叶切得均匀细致,口感爽弹,以鱼露为基底调制的酱汁,鲜、酸、辣并带点回甜,味型有别于一般的越式沙律,丰富又开胃。别小看细碎的干辣椒,后劲很足。 ·【安南甘露大头虾】
比手掌还长的大头虾,膏腴肉厚,口感脆弹。浓郁的酱汁看似红咖喱,但同时混合了椰奶的甘香和虾膏的鲜甜,咸香惹味,我们最后真是连盘子都刮干净了。吃这种大头虾和小龙虾一样,都是很有社交属性的食物hhh。·【烧香叶牛肉卷伴滨海】用生菜叶包裹滨海和炸蒜,再蘸上鱼露,是种叠叠乐的有趣吃法,弹嫩的芭蕉叶包烧牛肉又给这道清爽的拼盘融入了油润浓郁的肉香。·【安南火车头】牛骨清汤是温和平衡的那一派,比起鲜味,更多突出清甜。香气还是挺醇的,但滋味来说个人更喜欢香港那几家pho专门店。牛肉牛肚牛筋牛肉丸肉质自然不在话下,份量也非常足。·本来还有兴趣再来尝试其他菜品,但看在这个大无语的服务还是算了。 continue reading

我身邊有啲人都讚呢間安南好食,前幾日食完,我覺得佢唔難食,不過絕對唔會推薦,如果真係一定要讚嘅⋯⋯我諗我淨係會讚佢個椰子雪糕好食,其他就普通普通。其實嗰晚我哋嗌咗好多嘢食,不過個味道令到我都冇乜心機影相,例如,睇餐牌嘅時候覺得個庶蝦好吸引,所以一定要叫,碟餸嚟咗之後其實賣相都仲好靚仔,當我第一啖咬落去,「X」個蝦膠薄到好似塊皮咁,搞到成個風味冇晒、蒜蓉牛油雞翼就蒜蓉同牛油味都唔夠、豬頸肉就太瘦、仲有一個蟹肉炒粉絲,直程唔知做乜春,食極都估唔到佢係炒嘅,味道偏淡、相反生牛肉河又偏鹹,真心反晒白眼🙄,不過口味嘅嘢始終每個人都唔同,嗰啲人讃得就自然有佢鍾意食嘅味道,又或者佢鍾意食偏鹹嘅生牛河。 continue reading

新春假期的一天,友人回港,聯袂嘆越南菜。燒安格斯牛柳沙律的牛柳燒得很香,片片牛柳甚為細嫩,而且塊數很多。沙律菜主要為青木瓜及羅勒,還有一些車厘蕃茄、青瓜、花生碎及生菜。神級的沙律汁甜甜鹹鹹之中略帶微微的酸,加上洋蔥的衝擊,將越南沙律清鮮爽美的性格演繹得淋漓盡致!安南春卷又是另一道挺不錯的小食。脆卜卜的春卷裡面的肉餡夠扎實,飽滿香口。用來包著的生菜和金不換更添香氣;爽口的青瓜條絕對化解到肥膩的感覺,絕不會食到一嘴的油!第一道主食黃咖喱軟殼蟹,趁的是蒜蓉包。軟殼蟹隻隻炸得金黃酥脆,中間食到啖啖蟹肉,滿足感超標!咖哩汁非常對味,完全不辣,食到的是咖哩應有的辛料香。蒜蓉包更是精彩,法包上有顆顆蒜粒,小人給最高分!新春伊始,當然要來隻乳豬賀一賀!主食第二擊越式烤乳豬上桌時已經斬件,豬皮脆不在話下,勁多肉汁的乳豬肉好食到似是吃著烤雞,卻又比烤雞更滑更豐盈!雖則本身已極之一流,但加上甜甜的乳豬醬及魚露後,即時提升食味,更上一層樓!驚豔指數一浪接一浪,又一次大滿貫! continue reading

喂喂,我嚟到呢間「安南越菜館」食晏啦,我跟你講,佢哋個煎墨魚餅真係脆到喊,塊面金黃得嚟唔油膩,個口感正到爆炸啊!當佢夾落蒜茸香茅汁嗰陣,直頭係鮮美到令人心花怒放🌸。又或者講吓個蒸粉包,裏頭充滿咗越南風味嘅豬肉餡,一咬落去,肉汁同香菜味道混合,鬆軟嘅口感瞬間釋放,食得我心都醉晒。食嘅唔止美味,內憂外患嘅筍殼魚可能略嫌乾身啲,不過我會睇開啲,魚肉本身依然嫩滑,輕輕嘅柚子香氣令精神為之一振。然後𠵱家就講吓嗰盤炭燒豬肉嘞,額外加咗肉丸,係豬肉上份外多咗啲層次,滿足到係功夫仔嘅我,完全冇話咁易令人食膩嘅。最後,我又再點咗個生牛肉河,湯溫度似乎又係唔夠火喉,不過生牛肉質感保持得宜,係一個痴線又返嚟嘅選擇。整體來講,係度食飯氣氛一流,服務都算得體貼,嗰啲小食加晒埋一丁點創意,整體體驗好使人心情舒暢😌。嗱,我夠哂口福啦,下次見!🍽️👍 continue reading
