Savor Kitchen朋友推介銅鑼灣開咗間新餐廳,味道質素在線Savor Tasting Menu $298/1Parma Ham本身嘅頭盤無提供,於是改為用Parma Ham,切成薄片,用車厘茄點綴,火腿點上醬汁,味道鹹香手拆藍蟹肉多士多士呈長方形,表面加上大量藍蟹肉,蟹肉鮮甜,多士咬落酥脆香口,很美味白酒煮活蜆意粉蜆肉意粉,用上蒜、紅辣椒、意大利青瓜、蔥等配料,意粉軟硬適中,蜆肉有五六個,食到明顯白酒味同埋少許辣味,層次豐富炭燒三黃雞胸青醬長通粉長通粉就用咗菠菜、青醬、藍芝士,雞胸肉帶明顯碳燒香,青醬濃稠,長通粉均沾滿醬汁香煎三文魚柳三文魚柳用上法蔥、檸檬果茸、西洋菜汁,三文魚柳肉質嫩滑多汁,外皮煎得很香脆,配上檸檬果茸和西洋菜汁,口感清新意大利芝士蛋糕最後甜品係tiramisu,用上意大利芝士加埋沾滿咖啡嘅餅底,入口忌廉細膩綿密,帶明顯嘅咖啡香,喺一道出色嘅甜品,小編見到旁邊既客人都讚不絕口呢 continue reading

永光中心已經係我食飯list top rank,餐廳高質價錢平呢。好似今晚食fine dining,價錢唔過$300/人,就是抵~我地兩個人,剛好可以食哂成個餐嘅options。前菜之一,好考刀功嘅日本章紅生魚薄片,source係由檸檬皮、九層塔,芫茜油、意大利白醋、初榨橄欖油調成,食落香滑同鮮味。另一款前菜係手拆藍蟹肉多士,爆多蟹肉同用龍蝦蛋黃醬、檸檬等等調嘅醬汁,超滿足!對我黎講呢個餐抵食在,可以講係包左兩個主菜,一個係Spaghetti ,一個係肉。香蒜意粉隻隻蜆都肥美juicy,白酒煮加少少蒜、香辣嘅意粉爽身又好味~另一個粉嘅青醬加左Blue cheese,有啲creamy,所以掛汁好好,炭燒三黃雞胸亦唔算「孩」,有香炭燒味。兩種肉上檯竟然有藝術感,個source講究,用法蔥、檸檬果茸、西洋菜汁調,顏色鮮豔亦好配襯三文魚柳。由第一道菜開始就期待。一如預期,炭燒西冷好juicy好香炭火味,薯蓉香滑嘅~到上甜品,無諗過$298餐可以有咁大件Tiramisu,超預期,好濃郁嘅濕潤咖啡酒同香滑芝士味。新開暫時唔係太多人知呢間秘竇,唔迫人,會encore。 continue reading
