今晚同屋企人去食飯,本身開開心心去食佢個炸蠔餅,點知俾佢啲服務攪到唔想再幫襯!我哋好早去到,六點幾用餐,食到飽飽,傾吓計諗住抖下再食埋未食完嘅嘢,當時隔離左右後面都仲有空枱,外面都無人排隊等位,有個女侍應,頭髮到膊頭位嘅女侍應埋嚟話”食埋啲嘢先啦”,我哋4個都呆左,我答佢我訊息哋等陣會食!我想問翻,你入場有無話限時?而且我食都未夠一個鐘喎!壽司郎都唔會埋嚟叫係食快啲呀!呢啲係咩服務態度?咁巴閉限時啦!半個鐘要人食完起身啦!一個鐘未夠你咁樣態度?我唔會再幫襯你!

中環街市一家新潮的潮州菜,佢D野碟頭比較細,所以可以叫多D野試,就好似我地兩個人就叫了四個餸。蔥油腐竹係呢度嘅廚師推介,算係餐前小食,味道唔錯,清清爽爽咁。春菜雞煲就頂替咗平時嘅炒菜,佢D春菜都幾新鮮,個湯唔太鹹可以飲埋佢。糖醋麵真係好食,不過係花時間整嘅,所以如果要叫就最好一坐底就叫咗先,然後先至慢慢睇其他餸菜。個麵夠香脆,食得出用高湯燴過嘅味道。普寧炸豆腐都唔錯,入面嘅豆腐都算滑。呢度嘅茶位比例驚人,要$18一位,仲要加一,即係差唔多$20一位。

聽呢間餐廳個名聽咗好耐今日終於可以有機會試到,新派嘅包裝去做懷舊嘅潮汕風味菜果然係別具特色。要講潮汕風味點少得佢嘅鹵水鵝,我哋叫咗個鹵水鵝肉拼鹵水豬手,佢個鹵水都幾香,份量亦都畀想像之中多,始終呢啲新派嘅餐廳有時畀啲份量好得人驚㗎。你煮食就叫咗糖醋麵,落單嘅時候是話我哋知要等45分鐘,搞到我哋好期待,佢個糖醋麵又真係唔錯,煎得夠薄夠脆又唔會太過油膩。佢啲裝修都幾有特色幾靚㗎,價錢略高但係味道同埋服務都滿意嘅。
