To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 姊妹一行十人今天中午齊聚餐。事先訂了位,飯檯位置在一角,很合適一大群人聊天。大家傳閲菜牌,每人點一兩個菜餸。結果,除了雪菜毛豆百頁,上湯西蘭花,乾煸四季豆這幾樣,其他幾乎都是粉麵包餅:涼拌粉皮、小籠包、菜肉包、豉油王豬腸粉、鍋貼、生煎包、葱油大餅,就連甜品都是高麗豆沙!大家竟不約而同點了這麽多的碳水食物!不得不承認,此處的包點出品讓人開心連連:小籠包皮薄餡靚,咬下去鮮香爆汁(確是肉汁而非肥油),重點是蒸籠内每一隻都可很順利完整地夾起來,不會穿窿漏汁;菜肉包很有分量,軟綿溫香,一整個吃下去就能起碼半飽;鍋貼、生煎包、葱油大餅,統統賞心悅目,油煎面只見色澤金黃不見油光,酥脆可口,甚合心意,咀嚼時只有自己才聽得到那絲絲微細的的鬆化酥脆聲響,陣陣齒頰生香。值得一贊的還有每樣用料都很新鮮,肉、菜甚至連同葱花都能吃到原味鮮香。當大家吃撐了,才幡然醒悟過來......我們是在碳水狂歡嗎,乾脆一不做二不休,甜品就來高麗豆沙吧!很快,映入眼簾的是一碟鋪滿厚厚如白雪般砂糖之中的圓滾滾的油炸糰子,透過淡黃色的外皮隱約可見内裏的赤紅豆沙。果然吃甜品的是另一個胃,一陣風,掃清。各人品味著油香外皮、細密豆沙及不斷融化的綿綿蔗糖混合而成的美味,發出意猶未盡又心滿意足的贊嘆。這一餐,毫無思想準備下吃得驚喜大膽,久違了的感覺。減肥嗎,燒卡嗎,沒問題,吃飽了有的是力氣。 continue reading

近排比較多去上環食晚飯,今次都係選擇以前返工既其中一間飯堂 -- 香港老飯店。不過人流比以前明顯少左好多,但就變左幾岩聚餐,唔迫又唔駛比人催,慢慢食慢慢傾。佢份量唔算太大,但我地覺得幾好,因為正正可以比我地食多幾款。今次叫左核桃燻蛋呢個係必食,大家都有幾年無食過,但一坐低諗起既第一樣都係燻蛋。好香煙燻味,每人食半隻岩岩好,唔會太漏可以留肚食其他。核桃亦都香甜脆口,好易忍唔住一啖接一啖。小籠包唔知係咪自己唔係一上枱就食,感覺唔夠熱,食落普通。皮亦較為厚身醉頂鴿第一次食醉鴿,原來好好食,肉質厚實,浸得入味,拎隻髀仔食好爽。賽螃蟹蛋略嫌炒得老左少少變左少少一粒粒質感, 做唔到蟹既感覺獅子頭正常發揮,但唔係特別好食,可以留返個QUOTA試其他。津白前期食得太多濃味野,食呢個清清地都幾夾鍋貼煎得好脆亦有肉汁,相對出色,又係可以每人一隻試下就岩岩好!砂糖桔呢個係餐廳送既,一大碟唔姑寒,食落好甜,忍唔住食左幾粒。豆沙窩餅呢個甜品係有驚喜到我地!炸得好脆,豆沙餡都唔會太甜,餡既份量岩岩好,擺左一陣再食都係咁脆。個人認為必食推介。 continue reading

呢間老字號上海菜真係由細聽到大😂屋企長輩成日講起上海菜都會提及既香港老飯店到底有咩咁吸引?今次終於嚟一探究竟✨食物質素果然在線,冇好華麗既擺盤裝飾,但樣樣都係真材實料👍一般酒樓既價錢食到高質滬菜,性價比不錯。❣️核桃燻蛋頭盤選擇咗核桃燻蛋,糖衣核桃香脆可口,燻蛋帶淡淡煙燻味。❣️百頁紅燒肉五花肉非常驚艷,燉煮得好入味,而且入口即化肥而不膩。百頁結嗦曬啲汁,好啱送飯。❣️賽螃蟹柔軟既蛋白食落真係有淡淡既蟹味,加小小醋直頭可以以假亂真添。撈埋蛋黃一齊食,口感更順滑。❣️樟茶大鴨食落好香,應該係茶葉同埋樟木既香味。大鴨肥瘦適中,肉質軟嫩。但皮太淋,呢一點有啲失望。❣️火腿津白金華火腿風味濃郁,同柔軟鮮甜既津白一齊食,真係絕配!個汁都好好味,忍唔住用黎撈飯食。❣️豆沙鍋餅豆沙餡軟綿香甜,但鍋餅略嫌太硬身,脆口一點會更好。 continue reading

星期五晚六時許才臨時和友人相約中環晚飯,立即想起這裏較容易有位,果然成功✌️飯店在地庫樓層,我個人不太喜歡,不過有位晚飯便好,也不可太斟酌了😅我們三位女士食量不大只點了:棒棒雞、賽螃蟹、蔥爆牛肉、炸銀絲卷、同埋嫩雞煨麵。所有食物都只中規中矩。較失準的是賽螃蟹,蛋不香不滑,吃至一半已經出水。能算有水準的只有炸銀絲卷,嫩雞煨麵(忘記拍照)👍相對食物的定價,這裏用餐的CP值絕對不高。由於整體服務不錯,對於主要是聚會傾計一族的我們,也算是過了愉快的晚上😀 continue reading
