好耐冇去寧波會所,原來已經裝修完,而家好靚,食物依然維持到之前嘅水準,今次同事生日聚餐,大約160蚊一個人,糖醋骨好食,佢係冇骨嘅,淨係肉,燻魚反而比較多細骨,我哋仲叫咗豆沙鍋餅,不過個皮有啲硬咗少少,高力豆沙相對好食好多,個上湯浸菜好好味,上海菜一般比較肥膩,配呢個菜啱啱好,好清,上海粗炒好好味,個麵好爽,粗幼同埋淋度啱啱好,仲有小籠包同埋鍋貼,鍋貼個皮好脆,小籠包都好薄皮,整體評分都好ok,雖然侍應唔多,但係都唔會話冇服務咁嘅感覺,影團體相時,佢哋好專業,好好,唔會黑面唔想幫你影咁樣

今日本身是為左佢個棗泥窩餅而來的估吾到咁有驚喜🤩🤩🤩— 🥚 美味煙燻蛋🥟 小籠包•🦐 清炒蝦仁❤️🐷 糖醋排骨🐟 砂鍋魚頭煲❤️•🫔 棗泥鍋餅❤️— 嘩 佢個砂鍋魚頭煲超超超好吃! 😻濃郁的湯汁帶少少酸辣 粉皮沾汁吃大癲!原來個粉皮先係個主角 魚頭都是配角😝個湯汁太好味 食到一滴不剩!!! 🫶除左魚頭煲 佢既清炒蝦仁 棗泥鍋餅全部都好好吃 是我喜愛的店真係其他地方食吾到🫶不過佢吾係d裝修好靚好fancy的店但食物好味就夠了☺️

終於搵到有會籍嘅朋友一齊去食,6:30pm已經滿座。頭盤叫咗「醉雞」,「烤麮」,「臭豆腐」,臭豆腐好出色,炸到外脆內軟,加埋佢哋嘅甜醬,好香口!主食叫咗「黃金中蝦」,「蔥油家常餅」,「小籠包」及「薺菜肉絲炒年糕」。蔥油家常餅每一次都必定要叫,脆卜卜、香噴噴,又唔會好油。基本上每一樣菜式都好美味,每一次嚟都保持到水準。不得不提佢哋嘅服務,每一個侍應生都好有禮貌,好好笑容,不停幫我哋玩碟,幫我哋換熱茶,又唔會係咁sell 啲貴嘅菜式,食得好舒服👍🏻。

剛好有朋友是會員 可以去見識一下聽朋友介紹說有幾個菜很厲害 期待滿滿🙌🏻我們那天把店裡的招牌基本都點了一遍😝🍽️燻蛋 (5/10)這道前菜聽很多人推薦,但當天吃下來沒什麼煙燻味,偏普通🥲🍽️無錫脆膳 (8/10)這家寧波派別卻有賣無錫名菜🤣但出乎意料做得非常好,炸得很香脆,外面裏著甜甜的蜜汁,忍不住一口接一口的吃😌🍽️臭豆腐 (7.5/10)不同地方的臭豆腐都長得很不一樣😂這家賣相很好,肥肥的很飽滿,吃起來外脆內軟,加上淡淡的臭味,很過癮😆🍽️千層肉(7.5/10)這道的醬汁偏重口味,夾在包子裡吃剛剛好,單吃就比較鹹,而且千層肉雖然賣相很好,很有點太薄,少了那種肥瘦相間的爽度,好吃但不太驚喜🫢 🍽️椒鹽八寶鴨 (7.5/10)這道傳統手工菜已經不常見了,先將原隻鴨去肉去骨,再將鴨肉碎、臘味、花生等的材料跟糯米飯釀入鴨身裡面,而這次選了椒鹽風味,外皮一點點香酥,裡面滿滿鹹香的糯米飯,很特別,不算驚艷但值得一試👍🏻🍽️蔥油餅 (9/10)一吃下去瞳孔放大了(好像有點誇張😂)這跟外面偏油膩酥皮的煎蔥油餅很不一樣,裡面麵粉感比較重,有點像麵包很鬆軟,還吃得到麵粉香😍外皮烤的有點香酥,加上濃濃的芝麻跟蔥的香味,很捧,一試難忘💕最重要吃完整塊都不覺很油膩👍🏻🍽️香蕉高力豆沙 (7.5/10)剛弄好還熱呼呼的,外酥裡面很軟綿🥰加上甜甜的豆沙跟香蕉,不錯!🍽️桂花湯圓(8/10)寧波湯圓的皮真的很強,比一般的糯米皮更軟滑煙韌,加上甜度剛好的芝麻餡,簡單又好吃🤤但桂花湯就很甜,沒能喝完🫣✨推薦指數:8/10

一期一會💃🏻踏上這寧波之旅💖每一次嚟都覺得似返到屋企見到舊親戚朋友咁樣親切美味💖今日我哋五個人叫咗12樣嘢嚟食,真係太浮誇🤣大推臭豆腐⭐️香氣撲鼻炸到外脆內軟呢種臭味真係好臭,但係食落去真係好鬼好食🤣🤣百頁毛菜⭐️豆腐同埋菜都好鮮嫩而且食得出佢嘅上湯味道層次豐富食得出用咗好多料喺個湯度👍🏻醉雞⭐️醉雞嘅味道,一啲都唔苦澀清香🥰真係食得出雞有雞味🤣酒香亦都冇搶咗做主角🤤紅燒獅子頭⭐️兩粒大大粒鬆軟,一啲都唔實淨食落去唔漏💖萵筍海蜇頭⭐️薰旦都唔錯😛原本我哋係想食千層肉,但係今次唔記得預訂咁我哋就叫咗個章茶鴨呢個菜比較正正露露d肉唔柴唔係唔好食,只係其他嘢太出色🤣但眼闊肚窄嘅我哋食完以上嘅嘢都覺得仲有少少唔夠喉,跟住就嗌多個小籠包🤤佢嘅皮唔可以話好薄,但係入邊嘅肉汁超好飲👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻五百幾個字琴晚嗰間咁仲叫咗兩個澱粉質嚟食吓一個叫咗上海粗炒呢個完完全全係細個食得到嘅味道無可挑剔另外叫個寧波炒飯其實外表真係同楊州炒飯冇乜分別,但係佢入邊多咗好多海鮮我哋都見到有啲瀨尿蝦喺入邊食落去嗰浸味好香最尾其實我哋嗌咗三個甜品一個酒釀丸子,一個桂花丸子,不過由於OpenRice每一次淨係比12張相,所以我就唔擺酒釀丸子張相啦🤣佢仲好細心咁樣幫我哋分咗半碗🫰🏻仲有叫咗個香蕉高力豆沙🥹呢個比平時豆沙餡嘅好食好多真係原本已經好飽都可以食晒成粒🤣🤣
