一年一度生日宴, 獅子生日梗係要豪啲, 過去一年, 不幸事發生,一個月前我隻腳唔聽話,告訴我:你老啦! 心情低落時候,不用藉口,有機會讓我豪吓,幾經候選,终於選咗此處,中環核心地,不用走多遠,就有好環境,西日混合菜式,我無認真認識佢,openrice 有7折,來到才知只有6或8course set dinner,雖然無其他選擇,又試吓,红白酒一杯$120,不如點一枝$780白酒抵的。 先上餐前麵包3片,軟彈,連脆脆三款,其中炸紫菜唔夠香脆,牛油包已前也試過同款多數油的,今次此件就爽的,最經典係蝦醬色的麵包醬,惹味,後來被告知自家制日式牛油麵豉醬,掂,咸香有度,質感幼滑,侍應說喜歡就送多一碟連麵包。 第一度,amuse bouche, 指定,我都唔知係乜,上枱真驚喜,微缩仙境盤境,用日式小砵子盛着伴隨仙氣渺渺: 脆脆春卷包三文魚,頂放三文魚子,魚子卜卜鮮,三文魚碎少但可味鮮,春卷皮脆度可提升。原為和牛卷,因敏感轉帶子刺身配乳酪,帶子鮮甜,配乳酪更油滑,溝埋又滿足味蕾,蜜瓜凍湯,清甜,稠過蜜瓜汁。 第二度,炸生,像大條虫蛹,啡色龍鬚糖,脆口麵線香口,巴馬火腿洋葱作伴,蘸白滑及綠啫哩醬,創新味。 第三度,南非鮑魚龍蝦湯麵,灑櫻花蝦點缀,湯濃,隔離枱聞到,因之前聞到隔離枱,味微辣,鮑魚易嚼,味豐質優,回味。第四度,金箔yogurt水蜜桃, 當造日本水蜜桃,注入酒香啫喱,絲滑乳酪,令味蕾留戀不捨。 第五度,原為豬扒,因缺貨轉春雞半隻,未曾食過西餐春雞那麽嫩口,皮燒度有香而不太燶起焦,亦不會太咸保持雞味,因已飽,剩下帶走。 最後甜品,自家制蜜桃雪糕,加cookie碎餅底,滑滑中,咬脆脆,拈魔芋,取朱古力小餅, 嚼不暇级,各種交叠,互相交纒,桃香,奶滑,彈靱,朱味,好忙! 聲稱fine dining,而呢間啲待應就勁冇禮貌!唔知點解間野響中環,高級餐廳都會請埋啲咁樣質素嘅待應。兩個人俾二千幾,俾二百蚊都唔會想再去食,因為呢間完全唔值呢個價。前菜個凍湯又難飲,燒春雞又唔滑;呢度啲待應仲要勁冇耐性,偷懶,催人快啲落單,想提早last order時間,早啲收工。慶祝生日,提前叫佢哋搵個待應一齊幫手唱首生日歌,搞下氣氛。前台話OK,點知最後個待應睬你都傻,求其放低個碟就走。仲要問都唔問,未食完就不斷收碟,完全唔理客人感受。一個二個淨係想趕住收工,客人都未走,夠膽連制服都除埋,著住件底衫去執枱。完全冇西餐禮儀,勁不知所謂。我哋都以後都唔會再嚟! continue reading
