見到紅磡開左間火鍋店,裝潢好靚好新淨,今日放工同左朋友黎試下!6點幾入到去仲未有好多人,選了一個卡位坐,每個卡位都有欄欄住,私隱度高。老細介紹了一個小食-泡椒鳳爪泡椒味好入味,腌得好有咬口,唔會太腍,食完之後成個口腔仲有一陣陣泡椒味,一邊等火鍋滾一邊傾計一邊食住鳳爪,幾好幾好。朋友想試下卜卜蜆鍋,自己不太愛食蜆,但這個鍋味道好好,奶白色湯底下其實有好多蒜泥,有少少莞茜調味,望住蜆一個個開,鮮味慢慢滲入湯底!蜆粒粒大隻冇沙,份量多,食到個人都飽飽地了。當然有叫下不同的火鍋料-蔬菜拼盤新鮮,條條菜都好幼嫩,仲有金菇木耳粟米豚肉片基本上渌一陣就食得,好濃豬肉味,靚野,嗌得冇錯。貢丸/蝦丸本身已經飽了,但打邊爐點都要食下丸,所以就叫左呢兩款,食完更加暖粒粒! continue reading

雖然而家打邊爐家族上晒電視,但其實佢地唔係因為打邊爐而得病,而係打邊爐的氣氛令大家好興奮,口沬橫飛所造成,而呢間黃埔花園的潮館,座位空間好大,環境非常整理同乾淨。美美的醬料盤及醬油壺,讓人很期待。Menu:今次我地點左鮮椰青竹笙雞煲($198):個煲的外型好靚,有宮廷的感覺。竹笙份量都幾多,湯底係純椰青水,成個湯底非常鮮甜,聞起來垂涎三呎。雞件份量約莫為半隻雞,鮮雞滑嫩,雞皮爽彈。吃完雞煲,可淺嚐椰子雞湯水之解甜,不加任何調味,雞湯清爽不油膩。吃完之後,侍應很快就替我們加湯,準備下一輪的大開「食」戒!我們點了好幾個配料:美國雪花牛肉($88)牛肉不肥,倒是很合我心意,最近不喜肥肉脂肪,瘦肉也不會柴口,肉味夠濃,不用醬油也好吃。芥末墨魚丸併鹹蛋蝦丸($98)丸類現製手打,沒有煮過,上菜時仍保持黏稠質感,非常新鮮,看得出店家的誠意! 我們今次就試了比較特別的兩款口味芥末墨魚丸同鹹蛋蝦丸!芥末墨魚丸Q彈滑嫩,一粒粒墨魚粒增加口感,芥末不是很多,挺match 的!鹹蛋蝦丸最近好多食物都用鹹蛋玩fusion,其實不是樣樣加鹹蛋都好吃,過份了就太鹹太濟太膩,少了就沒新意,只管加了鹹味罷了。 這個鹹蛋蝦丸也還OK,流心鹹蛋汁好滋味,配上蝦滑不會搶味!芝士肥牛餃併韭菜餃 ($78)芝士肥牛餃芝士遇熱即溶,化成一「灘」牛肉餃,使口感沒那麼好,倒是挺新鮮,牛肉也好吃。韭菜餃皮薄肉肥的韭菜餃,好滿足。稻庭烏冬($32)$32就有兩餅稻庭烏冬,稻庭的麵條呈扁長形,口感細滑!最後店家送上兩杯抗疫菊花茶,希望今年大家都一齊事事順利! continue reading

上星期同男友去左依間係屋企附近既火鍋店打邊爐,經常路過又冇試過,加上最近天氣比較凍,成日都感到有寒意,打邊爐癮即起,直接入座唔洗等位平時淨叫湯底打邊爐好似有少少悶,所以叫左個卜卜蜆煲,食完蜆打定底再打邊爐最好不過,隻隻蜆都大粒肉厚多汁,完全無沙,食得出好新鮮,個煲好濃蒜香味,食落唔會覺得有膩感食完個煲,飲返杯金銀花雪莉茶,清甜得黎好潤喉,飲完好暖身,要幫自己增強抵抗力另外叫左個小食涼拌黃金皮蛋,口感爽彈兼帶流心,過下口癮美國雪花肥牛牛味好出,厚薄切得適中,又唔會太肥,唔錯全晚覺得超好味係依個鹹蛋蝦丸,食落好彈牙,鮮蝦味夠哂濃,個饀係鹹蛋,食個時有陣陣濃郁鹹蛋香,依個配搭得好好,值得encore每次打邊爐都好鍾意食爆汁芝心魚卷,唔係度度地方有得叫,見到有即叫左份,烚到脹卜卜,爆汁芝士差少少辣咀,要慢慢小心食,濃郁芝士完全係我至愛點少得韮菜餃拼雲呑,超欣賞個韮菜餃,好大隻之餘,皮薄夠哂滑,勁多韮菜饀, 愈食愈好香,真心好食 continue reading

早幾天同朋友去左紅磡附近見面食飯,見有間火鍋私房菜,特登過黎試下。餐廳環境坐得好闊落同舒服。天氣凍凍地叫左個秘製雞煲。雞夠新鮮滑嫩,而且落左好多配料味道濃,唔會淡茂茂。熟食方面叫左叫椒鹽金磚豆腐粒,外脆內軟,必點熟食! 火鍋配料我地點左安格斯牛肉粒,食落好新鮮好有牛味,食得出唔係雪藏牛肉粒,讚! 仲有點左好特別既芥末墨魚丸,墨魚丸裡面有流心芥末,唔會好辣但又好特別! 如果中意食芝士既話,必推手工芝士牛肉餃,師傅自己新鮮手打,食多幾粒都仲想encore! 呢度既紫菜響鈐都係好特別,唔係間間火鍋都有!飲品點左原個椰青水,食火鍋配椰青水又出奇地夾同解渴。 continue reading

呢排天氣凍冰冰,真係好想去打邊爐。咁啱今日大年初二冇乜幾多間餐廳開門,最後就試咗呢一間火鍋店。呢度首先要講嘅係佢嘅服務好好,招呼我哋嘅女士應該係老闆娘,態度好好,服務亦好足。而佢嘅火鍋亦都好有水準,我哋叫咗牛腩鍋,佢話係熬出嚟嘅湯底 ,味道真係好重,不過我認為本身湯底有少少太鹹,所以都係加咗水打邊爐。而佢嘅食物係好新鮮、肉質亦都好好。啲牛又腍又滑,而丸類同埋餃子都比較特別,唔係出面食開嗰啲。所以應該係自家製嘅! continue reading
