To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日香港奪得奧運第一面金牌,大家都好開心,我哋一家就出去食飯,沾沾喜慶!已經有一段時間冇嚟食呢一間餐廳,原因係曾經感覺退步了,所以就冇食啦。一年過去,今日突然想食上海菜,咁又試吓佢啦餐廳出咗一個夏天嘅系列,叫做夏酒菜,款式特別,佢將見到鳳梨板肉圖片好吸引,所以嗌咗嚟試吓。鳳梨板肉 $148豬肉係大里肌嘅部位,厚肉Juicy又爽,煎香左兩邊,唔會過韌,配合酸酸甜甜嘅鳳梨去解膩,入口嘅感覺好清新。砂鍋雲吞雞 $238湯底飲到用咗金華火腿熬湯,亦都唔係好鹹,半隻雞肉鮮嫩香滑,雞肉唔鞋。可惜雲吞俾佢煲到爛晒,甩晒皮,冇一隻係完整,加上滾太耐,雲吞肉冇乜味。侍應見到,立即入廚房,畢咗多幾隻完整嘅送俾我哋,新嘅雲吞有肉汁,鮮甜好多!鮮肉鍋貼 $55鍋貼香脆,唔會燶,鍋貼嘅皮都唔係好厚。每一隻形狀都飽滿,入面充滿肉汁,好好食!

星期六,週末晚飯時間客人流量正常,內有空枱數張。招呼入座嗰個四眼哥哥仔真係唔識做,一開始就帶去對正門口位(食完速閃走單好方便),朋友眼見入面有位,帶位哥仔仲話都一樣(好唔願意咁先至轉入面)。坦白講二人枱實在太窄,柯打四樣嘢擺到好迫。真係只適合速食,當快餐… 此地不宜久留。

🫖茗茶/水每位 $10🥜餐前小食 一碟 $8睇一啲花生個人建議可以唔要😂🍴花雕醉雞 $85 (6/10)酒味微香但係唔算好香濃,雞肉比較實同埋偏鞋口,一般。🍴上海小籠包(四隻)$45 (7/10)小籠包做到皮薄有汁,個肉正常冇鮮味。🍴上海生煎包(三隻)$43 (6/10)生煎包都係正常,個皮淨係似饅頭,肉比較少,冇爆汁。🍴蘿蔔絲酥餅(三隻) $45 (8/10)反而呢個比較出色,做到酥皮千層香脆效果,蘿蔔絲亦都好軟腍好足,好食!🍴上海排骨拉麵(加擔擔汁) $87 (7.8/10)揾咗好耐都冇有餸嘅擔擔面,原來可以喺其他拉麵度加擔擔汁,排骨大嚿,肉汁唔乾夠香脆完全好油膩,個面都比較細滑因為淡淡花生香濃同埋辣醬,真係好好食!🍴上海炒年糕 少油 少鹽 $90 (7/10)真係做到少油少鹽,食落去一啲都唔油膩,醬香味濃郁,但係唔會好鹹,年糕都幾滑,配咗好多唔同嘅蔬菜OK嘅!推薦指數: 7/10加入夜晚都好多人排隊,想食上海菜都可以試一試味道OK嘅,但有啲餸就普通!

很想食小籠包,於是便入店內進餐!餐廳沒有二人套餐,周日也沒有什麼特別優惠,所以只是散點,點了酸辣湯、雪菜蝦仁炒飯、小籠包及高力豆沙。小籠包都保持水準,皮薄多汁!高力豆沙軟綿入口即溶好味,只是略嫌比較細隻😂!整體而言,味道不錯!
