To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為老婆嘅回鄉卡就快過期,所以,襯得閒就過嚟葵興呢邊搞換證,人流唔多,流程簡單,好快就搞掂啲手續,搞完之後正正喺放飯時間,就過對面嘅KCC睇下有咩啱食,發現8樓有間食素嘅「入素」 ,啱晒老婆,二話不說就揀呢間!鋪內地方唔大,不過裝修得幾雅致,一室淺木色系,幾有小清新嘅感覺。不過,啲櫈就唔算太好坐,因為佢個椅背比較後傾,如果有個咕臣墊一墊就會好好多。入到餐廳尾尾仲有一排高腳枱櫈,偌大的玻璃窗外雖然喺工廠景,但點都喺感覺開揚,尤其是日陽光普照,感覺就更加舒服。翻開餐牌頭一頁都有特別有介紹餐廳嘅背景,之後所列出嘅菜式都非常多元化,主食、漢堡、意粉、飯類、串燒、炸物、小食、沙律、素湯、飲品、甜品……等等,都一應俱全。咁食晏時間簡單午市套餐就應該喺最划算,選擇同樣非常之多,包一客素湯及指定飲品,並可以加錢追加小食同升級飲品。餐廳採用二維碼落單,當然,搵侍應幫手落單亦無問題。素湯是日素湯喺清清地嘅香菇素湯,雖然話素湯咋喎,但唔會好淡茂茂,飲落味道都幾清甜,仲滲出微微菇菌香。葡式乳豬飯 $82個乳豬飯賣相真喺幾得,如果唔講話呢個喺素食,真喺以為喺真乳豬,夾你睇睇橫切面就知佢喺腐皮、豆製品造成,不過最驚喜喺層「外皮」,個樣好似乳豬層脆皮,咬落堅脆口;老婆仲讚佢啲飯好食,尤其加咗啲脆口嘅腰果同少少肉鬆,令食未更豐富。桂花叉燒煎蛋飯 $82呢碟叉燒煎蛋飯絕對唔喺頹飯,個樣做得幾精緻架,啲叉燒做到幾似模似樣呀,不過,切得有啲碎濕濕嘅感覺,同埋比較薄身,如果能夠做番厚身啲就更神似。然而,入口嘅質感幾唔錯,同埋有陣陣桂花香味,篤穿個蛋黃撈飯食就更喺滋味。熱檸檬綠茶、西柚菠蘿汁 +$8入得嚟食素嘅都喺想健康啲,所以,我哋就揀咗檸檬綠茶,另外一杯就升級為低糖果汁,揀咗西柚菠蘿口味。前者當然跟同茶記嘅檸茶唔同啦,用咗綠茶味道無咁濃,但感覺清爽少少,而後者飲落確喺少甜,西柚菠蘿兩隻味道都平衡,不過個人覺得份量偏細杯,依家大熱天時飲兩啖就無晒。成幢KCC仲有好多餐廳供選擇,「入素」嘅價位對比嚟講屬於中上,不過佢個環境喺幾舒服。如果你喺食素人士,當然值得嚟試下,否則,個人覺得仲有其他平靚正嘅選擇。

✨未來肉醬意粉🍝唔鍾意意粉都可以轉成飯🍚~呢個意粉一樣幾好食,甜甜地,肉醬啲素肉碎嘅仿真度幾高,味道、質感、外表都好似真肉碎🙈🌱.✨葡汁乳豬飯乳豬就係腐竹,個頂頂幾脆口~葡汁飯就好似油飯咁,食落幾開胃😋😋.✨素叉燒(跟餐加$22的小食)少少脆身,好似都係腐竹黎,不過呢個嘅質感會較細膩,味道上同普通素叉燒差唔多~

小編依日喺葵涌區做嘢,中間lunch break去咗KCC搵嘢食,搵素嚟食!🌱 🍽 手工海南雞飯 😋😋😋😋依個手工海南雞係幾可亂真,尤其係塊雞皮!😲 雞皮少少煙韌,口感好像真,而雞肉就係腐皮,冇明顯調味~ 主要靠自己貼附上嘅三款醬料:薑蓉、豉油同甜醬~ 薑蓉好出色,撈飯特別正!👍🏻 飯量超過一碗,面頭應該係椰子乾碎碎🥥,食到有椰香味!仲有沙津做配菜🥗 而素菜菇湯食落好清甜! 🍵 檸檬綠茶 (熱) 😋😋😋😋檸檬🍋綠茶飲落好清爽,一啲都唔澀!午餐 💵💵 約港幣$80/人💁🏻♀️ 葵涌區有唔少工商打工仔,一到放lunch時間,就有唔少人出入KCC。素食餐廳位於8樓,都有唔少打工仔常客嚟幫襯,大家想每個星期都搵一日食素嘅話,依間係唔錯嘅選擇!而且唔使加一!😉🙆🏻♀️ 最後,喜歡嘅話,歡迎follow @foodirectory.hk!

近年多左唔少餐廳開始提供植物海鮮菜式,位於葵興既入素就係其中之一濃香喇沙海鮮湯配擔擔拌麵喇沙入面有豆卜、蔬菜、素魷魚同素蝦,湯底帶有濃郁椰子味,飲落好香好順口,就咁飲都唔會覺得膩,反而有種好開胃既感覺,而素魷魚同素蝦都好彈牙爽口。擔擔醬汁係另上,味道有少少似咖哩,好惹味所以我全部撈曬 不過個麵就淋左啲,如果可以用返啲有咬口啲既麵條就更好啦炸素蝦外表真係激似一般炸蝦,原本我估唔通係用素蝦包粉炸?點知估錯曬,食落去係軟綿綿㗎!口感好綿密,食到一梳梳纖維,問左店員先知好似係用准山製成,仲有啲紅蘿蔔粒同粟米係入面,雖然要比啲想像力先會覺得像蝦,但味道唔錯㗎炸素蠔裡面有大量紫菜去模仿蠔既鮮味,食落少許煙韌,真係有幾分似蠔既口感同味道! 呢個相當有驚喜,亦係我今次覺得最好味既植物海鮮菜式日式燒鰻魚呢款串燒外脆內軟,外層係極脆身既腐皮,裡面係同素蝦一樣既軟綿綿餡料,中間亦夾左紫菜,配埋醬汁一齊食的確係有燒鰻魚既神韻呢3款炸素海鮮都係入素自製,睇得又食得,另外仲有個酸酸甜甜既醬汁,無論配炸素蝦定炸素蠔都一樣咁開胃㗎西柚菠蘿低糖果汁味道以菠蘿為主,後勁帶少許西棟香味,甜度啱啱好,可以飲到水果既清香味,啱曬食完咁多炸物之後解下膩

今日第一次響入素食晏,成班同事叫左唔同食物,有海南雞飯,涼瓜蓮藕,吉列豬扒,乳豬,漢堡包等。全部賣相都好靚仲好好食。海南雞係用腐皮整,仲有像真度好高嘅雞皮,成碟飯幾可亂真。加埋薑蓉食實在太好味喇乳豬嘅皮非常惹味,香脆度同真嘅非常接近。素湯亦非常出色,我好鍾意香菇嘅味,非常鮮香。成班同事掛住傾同食都唔記得左影食物相。整間餐廳環境光鮮舒適,座位距離適中,活力十足。多謝職員好幫手同埋唔怪我地多多要求。一定會再到訪。
