To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘海濱道一間幾chill嘅寵物友善餐廳!🐶首推「軟殼蟹牛油果墨西哥薄餅🦀」，外層炸得金黃酥脆，內裡鮮嫩多汁，搭配酸甜開胃的蕃茄醬，簡直絕配。豬架🐷同樣出色，肉質嫩滑得入口即化，表皮卻保持微脆，油脂香氣十足。薯角也值得一讚，外皮酥脆、內裡綿密，灑上香料更顯層次。 主菜的意大利飯味道濃郁，椒香撲鼻，不過三色椒口味稍重，未必適合清淡愛好者。最暖心的是店員特意為狗狗準備零食，服務貼心又友善，加分！lunch set 加錢可以飲咖啡，飲品份量算幾大杯，但係咖啡味唔算濃郁☕️整體而言，每道菜都充滿心思，環境與服務同樣滿分，同埋有狗狗同行仲有個8折優惠🧡絕對會再訪！

舒適環境，食物相當不錯，有驚喜，尤其牛扒啱啱好，多汁又肉質鮮嫩！帶子沙律有大大隻帶子！煙三文魚沙律不錯，黑毛豬非常大件抵食！總體招呼不錯！最好嘅係冇時間限制，可以傾好耐！比上次到訪有進步，可以再訪！

繼續回顧之旅，今次想分享位於牛頭角海傍的西餐廳 LA Serre。呢間餐廳裝潢優雅，環境開揚，對住海景食飯，感覺特別寫意。午市時段特別旺場，建議要預早訂位，否則好容易冇位坐。餐廳經常轉換菜單，令每次去都有新鮮感。我曾經試過佢哋嘅煎三文魚，份量十足，一大塊煎得香脆又唔乾，魚肉嫩滑，完全唔腥。另一道慢煮豬扒亦非常出色，肉質鬆軟入味，配上新鮮沙律，份量慷慨，食完相當滿足。每份套餐都有包餐包，出爐時仍然暖笠笠，質地軟熟，配牛油食一流。午市餐每位差唔多要二百元，價錢稍高，但考慮到食材質素、環境同服務，都覺得物有所值。係想稍為獎勵自己、又唔想行太遠嘅時候，LA Serre係一個值得回訪嘅選擇。
