為朋友慶祝生日,我選擇了觀塘的Nata,英式風格,座位寬敞舒適,確實要訂位,因為平日7時多已滿座。Matcha Tonic $52漸層顏色好靚又夏日回甘的抹茶配上苦味的湯力水,清爽解膩。明太子忌廉大蝦意粉 $148明太子忌廉汁掛滿每條意粉,味道香濃而不郁,又有明太子鮮味,有6隻大蝦,質感爽口。三色芝士焗帶子薯蓉 $78表面脆口香濃咸香芝士配上內裡細軟的薯蓉及帶子肉,有多種層次及口感。美國1855 安格斯肉眼 $283牛扒上的炸蒜片好香脆惹味,配上燒汁及香草醬汁。點了5成熟剛好,頭尾位置帶點脆口,肉質軟腍。巴斯克芝士蛋糕 $48看見中間的軟心質感相當吸引質感確實好軟滑,加上芝士味香濃,配合白色奶油,味道一流,目前為止最美味的巴斯克芝士蛋糕 。原味溶岩梳乎厘班戟 $86底下兩層是班戟,最上層應該是奶油忌廉,小心翼翼拉起膠膜,忌廉就會流落班戟,過程中感覺到班戟好動彈。完成的賣相也不錯,有得食又可以玩。班戟好鬆軟輕盈有蛋香,配上奶油忌廉大滿足。 continue reading
