To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大閘蟹🦀有得揀清蒸/鹽焗/太雕蒸個人覺得太雕蒸比較入味,另外2款中規中距🦆片皮鴨都好正😋油香好惹味🍑壽包反而好驚喜,成隻手咁大😦而且係足料,有大半粒蛋黃喺入面😳😳放題套餐仲送鮑魚食,都好好味😋另外場內仲有自助吧,有涼拌小食+糯米飯+椒鹽雞翼+糖水任食👍👍職員都好好服務,好NICE🥰🥰 continue reading

上年已經食過陶源的大閘蟹放題@尖東一次。其實上年食已冇乜驚喜。不過又坦白講,已經叫做好食過鴻星或東海。畢竟咁ge 價錢, 鴻星或東海都唔係任食, 但加多少少錢,喺陶源就可以任食了!所以今年繼續幫襯!片皮鴨唔同尖東嗰間咁, 去到坐低, 侍應已端上黎比你。唔駛好似尖東嗰間咁,要出去"搶"。鮑魚呢/小籠包呢 d 都係侍應送上黎,普普通通。出去"任食區"拎左雞翼同糯米飯,味道係好ge!但全部都係凍ge!用"點心紙"點左叉燒, 叉燒係全晚的世一, 又熱又juicy! 但每人限叫兩件!又講返大閘蟹先!蟹乸.... 全部都爆羔ge! 值得一食!但蟹公呢....就....黎到係一半一半死, 羔亦唔漿口  (侍應話其實冇得揀要公定乸, 但佢地勁好人幫我地揀)明白到遇到死蟹唔出奇, 但個人覺得....係可以避免ge!拎去蒸前"驗一驗"貨, 其實已可以避免。另外,明明蟹公的白羔已漿口 (我早兩日先食完黎) 點解呢度冇....至於服務,我要比100分ge!! 全部侍應都好好!特別係兩位男經理!(我估係經理吧)及 姓黃嗰位男1shop keeper!! 真係超好服務及態度!我講到明會開post 讚美佢!如果唔係因為有佢地,呢個post 我會比劣評.  (因為有死蟹)見有咁好ge 服務, 下年呀, 下會會再比多次機會陶源的大閘蟹放題! continue reading

大閘蟹季節到,致在嘅都係蟹任食以及時間性,其他附屬品啱食當bonus,相反影響唔會太大。。我第一年嚟,未食完已經知無下次,咁嘅上菜速度 😒。出面就包場,開間細房做晚市。一黎就上咗兩碗黃色嘅羹?:無咩印象 😂、片皮鴨:鴨皮唔脆,餅皮唔熱、叉燒:肥美爽口,但不是任食、菇加鮑魚:上碟勁hea。大概 7:45 開枱,等到 8:30 先上第一輪蟹,仲要係唔熱,等咁耐係做咩呢 🤷‍♂️。一直等,咪搵啲周邊嘢食囉,俾幾百蚊出黎食糕,有馬拉糕(唔熱)但鬆軟、紅棗糕、芒果布甸(無跟花奶)真係慳皮,無花奶跟係職員細細聲同唔知邊枱客講 😅上片皮鴨醬時候職員太快動作整到一枱都係,到上菜嘅時候一嘢蓋過就算,求其程度爆分,後來我攞啲餅皮紙遮下佢無咁邋遢 😛第二輪蟹終於嚟嘞,係熱架,感到恩惠 😒。。一共嚟咗十六隻蟹。任食節奏唔會係咁囉,食得唔過癮。都無趕你走嘅,咪當補返之前等嘅時間。。套餐仲有蟹粉菜苗、蟹粉鍋巴、蟹粉小籠包,可有可無,不見出色 😛其實淨係做大閘蟹任食,提供薑茶就夠。。周邊又花時間又花功夫,碗都洗多幾隻。出色不妨攞出黎,相反,質飽大家就算 😒 continue reading

“谷生”搜查大閘蟹,彈咗呢度嘅廣告,此終桃源攪,點都可以吧,即刻網上預訂。 嚟到正日,梗係留定肚(搏命),埋位,未拆蟹前,佢哋已經俾咗好多前菜,片皮鴨,又鮑魚冬菇,又蟹粉米通,又南蟹粉瓜小米粥,蟹粉小籠包,我頂,你哋聽都飽啦大佬,主菜都未到,仲有一拃甜點,炸物引你無用架,多多前菜都唔會令我放棄你哋~大閘蟹。真係無乜好講,細隻,二啖攪掂,啲手手腳腳唔係我唔想食,係細到我落唔到手,我哋二個大大話話食咗廿幾隻成筒殼,你哋見到有啲未食,係,因為開出嚟係黑色,仲有異味,我見到另一個post啲嘢碟碟放得好靚,假到呢⋯⋯邊有擺得咁靚碟架,啲嘢自己出去攞架,你會唔會自己出去攞擺到酒店咁?除非你有病🤣!如果以價而論係收貨,你哋會問,啲蟹又細又無乜糕,有黑有異味都收貨?咁你諗吓,樹大有枯枝咪得,佢哋成批蒸點知邊隻死唔死!五佰蚊位,食佢二個鐘,一人十幾隻,仲有其他嘢任你叫,又有糖水。真係無乜要求,再講佢哋姐姐啲服務真係好好,好似我哋食咗頭二輪,同佢哋反映太熟,之後果啲就啱啱好~讚!回頭度~6/10 continue reading
