本人公司中午食飯1小時,1211到該酒家落單叫左豉汁蒸倉魚飯,期間約1230左右問侍應飯未到,其回覆是即蒸,要15分鐘先到,當時其實已過15分鐘,無奈地只有等多一陣,但超過30分鐘仍未到,一問之下原來漏左單,叫佢跟番佢話已經無蒸倉魚飯了,還叫我食其他過,1244再落單蒜蓉蒸頭腩飯,話要再等多15分鐘,最後1300先到,不知所謂,點好食都唔會再來,垃圾 continue reading

已經幾年冇正式喺 流浮山食飯,今次屋企人帶來食,十分好的經驗。泊車喺對面車場,叔叔已經好好招呼,先付$30,取車憑飛拎返$20。老闆任我哋坐地下或上層房間,我哋坐房間好舒服,企理乾淨。叫咗4個餸,最正係豉椒蒸鱔,仲有咕嚕肉,古老做法,好好食,必點!一定會encore👍 continue reading

今日中午入到流浮山當然食海鮮啦,呢度都有好多間海鮮飯店,有幾間更有較經濟實惠嘅午市飯餐,今次見到呢間午市飯餐好多選擇,環境尚算幾好地方又唔太迫有選擇困難症嘅本人見到午市飯餐有蒜蓉蒸蝦,豉汁蒸白鳝,蒸盲鰽,蒸蒼魚,蒸班頭腩,海鮮湯飯等,諗左好耐最後要左豉汁蒸盲鰽$67,個餐有白飯同一碗例湯盲鰽即叫即蒸,魚肉蒸得啱啱好唔會過熟,魚肉又夠滑魚味又夠,同埋魚肉冇乜細骨,個豉汁用黎撈白飯幾正,蒸食真係最抵食又飽肚!食飽後可以逛逛流浮山大街順便去埋下白泥打卡添! continue reading

因為疫情,好耐冇跟團四圍去,今日呢個本地遊團一架大旅遊巴士坐滿晒,我哋去咗龍尾灘同聚星樓,之後就嚟咗呢度食海鮮。首先上一大碟白灼蝦,新鮮熱辣,蝦肉爽甜。😋😋跟住炸鮮魷,外面炸粉唔算厚,好淺色望落去好似冇乜味咁,咬一啖,完全改觀,冇𦁤過咁正,味鮮肉嫩,食完一件又一件。😂歇一歇海鮮,上啲肉同菜,清炒菜心,okay 啦,甜酸排骨,味道唔錯,不過啲排骨好細粒。白切雞,相比起海鮮,就冇乜特別。加上枱上面有海鮮,個個淨係顧住食海鮮,碟雞冇乜人夾。😅今餐講明係海鮮,當然唔少得魚啦,不過一隻大碟兩條細魚,味道okay,但係賣相一般。跟住落嚟嘅蒸飽魚真係唔錯,隻隻都差唔多三分一隻手掌咁大。蒸得啱啱好,唔會韌又鮮味,正👍🏼!個餐唔包酥炸生蠔,每隻要加幾拾蚊,流浮山出名蠔,冇理由唔試!蠔身厚肉,不過味道只係一般,有少少失望。本來都覺得飽,不過個friend夾咗蒸海中三寳(其實唔知係乜,好似係魚仔、蝦亁之類……😅),試吓冇壞,鮮味而且幾有特色。 continue reading
