天氣凍左🧤最啱食韓燒可以圍爐取暖💓黎到旺角分店的「喜來稀肉」吾敢講係香港韓燒始祖,但從我中學已經食呢間。一入座店員擺好曬所有配菜,有漬物醃製酸蘿蔔、酸瓜同埋辣味醬大豆芽菜,全部免費🆓添加,解一解油膩感。 掃一掃二維碼就可以下單,所以服務都用自己手提電話📲。烤爐有三格,第一格放微辣泡菜爐邊蛋、一格放拉絲芝士爐邊蛋、最後一格放蒜頭🧄。食韓燒當然要啤啤佢🍻,點少得生米酒(HKD90): 生米酒易入口出曬名,稻米米香清淡,仲加入松葉一陣清香,低溫發酵,搖勻即可飲,口感順滑。護心肉(HKD 158): 沒有醃製過,所以更食得出豬本身原味,食落反而無咩味,要搵生菜🥬包住爐邊蛋同配菜食先調起肉味。韓式烤豬皮(HKD 138): 店家已除去豬毛,好貼心,識食一定烤豬皮,一定要從豬皮個面烤起,微微焦香,油脂四溢,因為油脂多成塊彈起,個時就可以反面燒底面,蘸上綠豆粉減輕負擔感😂食落豬皮脆身,肉身軟糯又吾油膩,食多幾塊都得。牛護心肉(HKD 160):沒有配製,所以牛味更突出,油脂分布好平均,吾會有雪氣,吾錯。牛舌(HKD 148): 用大蒜🧄醬醃製,烤起黎帶點醬汁,薄薄一片各燒五秒好快熟,粉嫩糕粉嫩的,蒜香十足。炒年糕(HKD 75):份量有點細,竟然一隻餃子🥟都分兩半咁煮,年糕係迷你版,吾夠辣,不過不失。總結:食回憶味道 無咩進步坊間仲有其他好食的韓燒 continue reading

早幾日返工到晏晝午餐時段,原本諗住求其去公司附近一間食個快餐就算,忽然,同事提議新一年開始第一餐應該食好啲,就決定去喜來稀肉😋我自己本身甚少食燒肉,所以未聽過呢間餐廳,入到去發現餐廳舖面都幾整潔喎,唔知係咪我哋去嘅日子距離聖誕完咗冇幾耐,餐廳仲擺咗一棵好靚嘅聖誕樹裝飾,我哋都忍唔住影多幾張相打卡。之後當然要嗱嗱臨揀個靚位坐低落order。食物方面,爐邊芝士蛋味道唔錯,不過難得食燒肉,最緊要嘅當然係肉嘅質素!當侍應上枱時,我同同事見到嗰啲肉簡直嘩出聲。估唔到午餐時段嘅燒肉,餐廳都咁有心機將啲肉摺成一朵花。外貌固然出眾,但肉類味道更加出色,食落一啲都唔嚡,而且仲冇筋,夠晒油香味,我覺得以呢個價位來講簡直物超所值。 continue reading
