朋友知道我鍾意食韓國菜,搵咗一間開咗一年幾嘅韓國餐廳「Antidote 」,全間餐廳由韓國人主理,餐廳裝修以清新田園綠植、木枱椅設計。食物有別於其他,釜飯、麵類、烤肉、火鍋,仲有招牌水果/蜂蜜米酒。首先有五款前菜送上🐖Pork Back Bone Soup~韓國燉排骨湯,是一道非常受歡迎的傳統韓國料理,以豬骨和馬鈴薯為主料,口味濃郁且香辣。仲加入辣白菜乾、泡菜、薯粉。這道湯不僅味道豐富,還有助於驅寒暖身,非常適合冬季食用。🐙Abalone & Octopus Pot Rice~鮑魚八爪魚釜飯,鮑魚和八爪魚的天然鮮味融入米飯中,釜飯的米飯外層微微焦香,內部則柔軟且吸滿了海鮮的鮮汁,口感層次分明。🦐Seafood Pancake~呢個海鮮煎餅,有大量青蔥,搭配鮮蝦、八爪魚,沒有太多煎餅粉,口感豐富,味道鮮美。🍹Pink fruit~有李子、水蜜桃、木槿,味道酸甜。🍹Aloha~菠蘿、檸檬、藍柑,酸酸甜甜好開胃。👍🏻Lunch Menu嘅飯麵,都只係$1xx 左右,+$10仲有飲品。💕靚仔Oppa照顧周到,見到我地食排骨有困難,仲幫我地拆肉。 continue reading

在聖誕節那天🎄,朋友帶我去了北角的一間韓國餐廳 🇰🇷。這間餐廳距離炮台山地鐵站只有幾分鐘路程,非常方便 🚇。這裡的食物很正宗,大部分侍應都係韓國人,令我覺得好似返咗去韓國咁!我們叫了:
🥩 烤牛肉拼盤 $588 Oppa會在我們面前幫我們烤好牛肉,確保每一片牛肉都烤至恰到好處,我們只需坐等品嚐。拼盤中除了烤牛肉,還有烤冬菇,新鮮的生菜配着烤牛肉一齊食,超正。
🥞 海鮮煎餅 $140 煎餅中加入了豐富的海鮮和韭菜,每一口都能嚐到蝦、蜆肉等海鮮的鮮美,搭配外脆內軟的煎餅,讓人一試難忘。
🐙 鮑魚八爪魚釜飯 $150 這道鮑魚八爪魚釜飯是Antidote的招牌之一。店員在我們面前將鮑魚、八爪魚和飯混合在一起,再加入特製醬汁,使釜飯更加美味可口。每一口都能嚐到鮑魚的鮮美和八爪魚的Q彈,搭配釜飯的香糯,好好食。

“生醃醬油蟹麵”($328)“明太子釜飯”($128)“芝士薯仔煎餅”($160)“Sunrise/Aloha”($38)北角有間開業唔耐但大受好評嘅韓國餐廳餐廳啲店員全部都係韓國人仲有唔少靚仔oppa🤣睇睇menu發現食物選擇超多燒肉,釜飯,麵,海鮮,湯鍋,各種小食等都有我地先點咗生醃醬油蟹麵🦀醬油蟹啲肉同膏都超級鮮甜😍平時配飯就多,估唔到配凍蕎麥麵都幾夾🤤另外點咗個明太子釜飯飯嘅面頭有一大舊明太子,薯蓉,蔥花加上醬汁一齊撈勻食落鹹香十足個底仲有啲飯焦,正😛小食就點咗份芝士薯仔煎餅🧀🥔將薯仔刨成絲,煎完之後好香脆😍中間夾埋啲芝士真係十級邪惡🤤飲品點咗2杯特飲🍹Sunrise有橙,石榴🍊而Aloha就有菠蘿,檸檬,藍柑🍍🍋2杯都幾清爽,食完嘢飲返啖夠哂消滯😝 continue reading

炮台山附近都幾多野食,今日黎到呢間新派韓國菜,粉綠色為主調,小清新設計,幾有田園氣息。估吾到星期日黎到都有午餐menu, 仲有優惠價加購飲品。menu 有一系列釜飯,鍋物,麵食,醬油海鮮,超多選擇。前菜今日有泡菜,年糕,魚糕,蘿蔔,甜蕃薯。🐮首爾牛肉蔬菜鍋(2人)暖笠笠秋冬首選,牛肉份量幾多,肉味濃。牛肉先係鍋中間煎熟,再放到鍋邊同蔬菜一齊煮,蔬菜吸收左牛肉精華,好好食。🐟鯛魚帶子釜飯即叫即整,職員會幫手將釜飯撈匀,有帶子,鯛魚,香葱,芝麻,鍋底仲有飯焦,好香好鮮味。🦐醬油蝦必食!蝦超級鮮味彈牙,腌得好入味,不會咸,拌左流心蛋同兩個飯團。飯團好香海苔味,仲有爽口蘿蔔糕,口感豐富。🐟醬油三文魚呢個有小小日式的味道,腌料甜甜地,三文魚幾肥美鮮甜,配上沙律醬好creamy。🍹Yellow flower 柚子,檸檬,接骨木花,清新清甜。🍹Aloha 菠蘿,檸檬,藍柑。顏色好靚,藍柑味突出。⭐️星期日黎食個relax 午餐,之後仲可以去海傍散步,好寫意。 continue reading

炮台山話近唔近,話遠又唔算遠,如果唔係特登過來食,都未必會走過來呢區。不過「Antidote」呢間韓國菜呢排真係好hit,除左裝修上行文青風,坐得舒服之餘,食物質素比傳統韓國餐廳更勝一籌,味道調整到比較岩飲食健康清淡的朋友,食過都會想再來。本身朋友附近返工,見佢成日邊食邊打卡,已經好想試,今次襯佢地有新menu就真係來試曬比較signature既菜式:前菜傳統韓國餐廳必備5小碟,口味上幾適合香港人,唔會太濃味,接近西餐前菜既濃淡度,作為開胃菜岩岩好,食多幾啖唔會厭,全程食住來清下味蕾都唔錯Goblet of Fire打卡之選,情人節飲呢個會好有氣氛,味道偏甜,酒精濃度較高,飲少少已經有微醉既感覺,記住食d野打個底先。烤牛肉拼盤有得睇有得食,靚仔肌肉OPPA親手剪肉,再逐塊煎,估唔到好JUICY,應該用既係靚牛先做到,本身睇到咁多以為咁多食唔曬,但食食下都食曬,一味兩食,除左啖啖肉咁食,仲可以配生菜+特製醬包住食,建議3-4人點呢個會比較岩份量。醬油蝦真係超大隻蝦,鮮甜得來仲有咬感,一食就知新鮮度滿分,平時去食生蝦生蟹最驚唔新鮮,呢到絕對可以安心食用,必點菜式之選。蠔鼓香菇釜飯一打開已經聞到香噴噴,食落去個味都好夾,口味偏淡,主要食佢既香味,配上面食既海鮮同肉,相對來講平衡返,同埋配返個牛肉食都好襯。 continue reading
