今日離開市區去咗西貢😄唞啖氣之餘,感受吓郊區嘅寧靜,喺西貢市區出發去埋布袋澳,嗰度嘅景色好靚,難得入到嚟漁村一定要食埋海鮮先走👍🏻推介發記海鮮酒家。佢哋有個魚缸放住一系列新鮮生猛海鮮,可以自己出去慢慢揀,部份座位係半露天,可以睇住靚靚嘅海景一路食海鮮🐟🦐問咗哥哥仔今日有咩靚野,佢推介咗墨魚刺身俾我哋🤤原來係墨魚兩食,除咗有墨魚刺身仲可以揀椒鹽/黑椒墨魚🦑墨魚刺身每一片厚薄大小一樣,每一片晶瑩剔透好鮮味!椒鹽魷魚外脆內軟,配上海鮮醋超級好食。豉椒炒蟶子蟶子炒葉之後會縮水,但係師傅煮完仲係好大隻👍🏻咬落去爽口鮮甜,配菜有紅椒青椒仲有少少腸粉整體好惹味!椒鹽瀨尿蝦布袋澳最出名就係瀨尿蝦叫咗一隻試吓,真心好大隻,原條剝殼之後啖啖肉!底部配有炸蒜同埋生菜,混合之後同瀨尿蝦肉一齊食。雞柳西蘭花呢碟真係好抵,超級超級大碟,而且雞柳係好大件好足料,西蘭花爽口!用嚟配白飯一級正。發記海鮮酒家 (西貢)西貢清水灣布袋澳碼頭7A號舖 continue reading

朋友揸車接我收工一齊去食晚飯,提議去布袋澳一間幾出名,好多明星都去嘅星級海鮮飯店,將車泊喺大坳門路錶位,一邊睇風景一邊行落去,原來惠顧酒家有車位可泊,仲有小巴來回將軍澳,下次會醒目了。芝士焗龍蝦生麵底,龍蝦新鮮彈牙,芝士香濃,生麵吸收芝士好食。酥炸墨魚,炸鮮魷食得多,炸墨魚第一次食,墨魚新鮮有彈性,一啲都唔韌一咬就斷,外層香脆。豉椒炒蟶子腸粉底,用好大條蟶子皇炒新鮮爽彈,鮮味十足,醬汁好惹味微微香辣唔會搶咗蟶子鮮味,腸粉做底亦係好正。蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝,蒜蓉加粉絲同元貝混為一體,同樣爽滑。果皮蒸鮑魚,鮑魚啱啱熟,果皮香味滲入鮑魚,點少少豉油Q彈爽脆。所有海鮮都係魚缸新鮮撈起,廚師功夫很好,味道一流而且價錢合理,愉快的一餐。 continue reading
