We ordered a seafood hot pot. The seafood arrived within 12 minutes, and it appeared to be fresh. The flower crab is really huge, and the crab paste is both fresh and sweet. The prawns are also quite bouncy and fresh. The oysters were massive, and the scallops were quite fresh. The beef and pork meatballs are extremely delicious, especially with gravy.The steam hot pot is used to steam seafood. After heating the fish, the soup becomes quite fresh and delicious. It is good for making soups. We intended to leave after eating the seafood, but we noticed that their golden crab yellow rice looked tasty, so we ordered one to try. Absolutely no disappointments!

有時經過成日見到林洪記水產門口排曬隊.. 今日同朋友終於忍唔住試下!我哋叫咗個海鮮火鍋放題.. 仲有其他海鮮~ 最期待嘅係花膠雞煱~ 啲花膠好入味.. 吸收曬濃郁雞湯嘅香味.. 食落啖啖都係雞嘅鮮味~ 另一道必食嘅菜式係蟹黃飯~ 啲蟹黃好鮮甜.. 每啖飯都食到蟹黃既味~ 口感仲好特別.. 有啲粒粒嘅感覺~ 個飯真係超正.. 都配得上呢個價錢!個海鮮蒸氣火鍋.. 有花蟹、基圍蝦等等~ 啲海鮮都好新鮮.. 蒸完之後食落更加鮮甜~ 符合高度期望~ 最後豉汁蒸白鱔~ 白鱔好肥美肉質勁鮮嫩~ 超惹味~

朋友成日同我提起林洪記,尤其各款唔同嘅籠仔蒸飯,今日終於有機會試吓門口餐廳擺出款款唔同嘅籠仔蒸飯,好鬼吸引,就試蒸鱔飯蒸飯大約等15至20分鐘,上枱熱辣辣,有鱔,花甲同蝦,撈勻啲汁餸飯,食慾大增!料多,夠新鮮,粉量多,但好味所以三扒兩撥就食晒,套餐價$58仲有碟油菜同汽水,去邊度搵呢?

我喺條街行行下,突然見到間餐廳,望落去好似好普通嘅海鮮檔,但係餐牌一睇,嘩!成堆海鮮任你揀,價錢又唔算貴,即刻決定入去試吓!我叫咗個海鮮火鍋放題, 落單無耐大約5minutes 成枱都係海鮮!有大頭蝦、鮮甜嘅扇貝、爽口嘅魷魚,仲有啲我平時都唔敢叫嘅海膽!最正係有個胡椒豬肚雞鍋底,個湯底又濃又香,飲落去暖笠笠,真係好舒服。每樣都分類講一講la .. 胡椒豬肚雞鍋個湯底真係一絕!胡椒味香濃,豬肚又炆得夠腍,成個湯底都吸晒啲海鮮嘅鮮味,飲到停唔口。海鮮蒸氣放題呢個就主打la!自己揀海鮮,自己蒸,成個過程都充滿樂趣。啲海鮮蒸完之後,鮮味十足,完全食得出佢哋嘅新鮮。安格斯牛肉好嫩滑,一放入口就溶晒喺口裏面,配埋個海鮮湯底係絕配。大頭蝦:講到呢隻大頭蝦,我真係食到唔停la!啲肉又彈牙又爽口真滿足。
