这个铺面前两家餐厅都是意大利菜,几个月前新开的这家也还是意大利菜。近两年新开的意大利菜不少,208虽然不是其中最好吃的,菜式也不是最创新的,但综合下来选择丰富,性价比不错,空间宽敞,视野绝佳,适合聚会。·【Beef Tartare】牛肉塔塔嫩滑带筋,咀嚼时带来轻微拉扯感,调味虽无特别,但比大多数加了太多香料太咸的牛肉塔塔克制多了。厚厚一层铺在咸香酥脆的炸吐司块上,吐司比餐前那几小块干巴巴的佛卡夏好吃。·【Veal Tonnato】出品十分地道,切成薄片的小牛肉如肌肤般粉嫩润弹,吞拿鱼酱虽然咸,但别说我一直还挺爱这口的。·【Ziti】选了不常吃的直形管状意面,调味不复杂,但魅力在于意面口感的弹牙劲道,透过酱汁和意面的融合,也能感受到炒酱、搅拌与收汁的技法不俗,大块的蓝鳍吞拿鱼肉在这里属于锦上添花了。·【Pizza 208】番茄披萨和布拉塔色拉在此融为一体,一整颗圆溜溜的布拉塔加持,让这款经典披萨瞬间有趣和丰富了许多。·饼底薄而韧,是令人满意的结实嚼劲。布拉塔一切开,那浓稠又流畅的半流动感化作绵绵奶香与番茄的清新酸甜共舞,新鲜的品质一下拉高了这款披萨的好吃上限。 continue reading

冬夜裡,屹立於冷清街道上嘅橙紅色建築物份外耀眼。店內燈光柔和,雖然唔算寛敞,而且已坐滿人,卻毫無逼狹感,甚至覺得幾溫馨。點完菜後,職員先送來一客麵包,微暖,蘸上橄欖油好好味。BELLA VITA 及 CRIMSON DESERT 兩款Mocktail各有特色,味道清新透心涼。前菜係PROSCIUTTO E MELONE,鹹香意大利火腿與清甜哈蜜瓜結合,簡直係絕配。PIZZA 208, 必食推介。 職員將水牛芝士切開,均勻塗抺於酥軟餅底上,混合茄醬及大量意大利芝麻菜,加上餅皮邊厚而脆,咬落層次分明,係我食過最美味嘅PIZZA。HALF CHICKEN"CACCIATORA" ,濃濃醬汁加埋番茄彩椒磨菇欖橄等材料,雞肉入味得嚟仍能保持嫩滑。而跟餐嘅玉米蓉,單食好香芝士牛油味,與醬汁同食則錦上添花。MILANESE RISOTTO,職員用小匙將牛骨髓刮到意大利飯上,加以攪拌混合,令原已香氣撲鼻嘅焗飯再加添牛髓油香,可惜飯量少咗啲,唔係幾夠喉。SQUID INK TAGLIOLINI 墨魚汁意大利扁麵,海鮮醬汁濃郁,當中蟹肉好鮮甜。嚟到尾聲,就算已飽到上心口,都不能錯過TIRAMISU。 賣相與一般食開嘅杯裝唔同,而且仲有薄薄朱古力片點綴,入口軟滑帶點脆脆,好有心思。本來想叫埋火焰雪糕,可惜只限於聖誕至新年期間供應。 職員介紹另一款CANNOLO,圓碌碌類似薄脆質地嘅小波波放喺圓筒似雪糕質地之上,造型可愛實在唔捨得將之分開。拎開小波波,用匙羹切開柱體,居然係流心,內裡仲有好多碎小粒粒,口感豐富,唔只雪糕咁簡單。 再輕輕搗開小波波,配埋雪糕一齊放入口,一羹接一羹欲罷不能。好耐未試過肚滿腸肥離開食店,每道食物實在太好味,有多個胃就好喇。服務亦冇得彈,每當食完前菜,主菜,甜品,職員都會殷勤地換上新餐具,極有效率。喺進食期間,唔知幾時跌咗餐巾喺地下,係職員攞咗條新嘅嚟到面前至知道。 諗住都差不多食完,唔想增加佢哋工作,就將地下嗰條執起繼續鋪上身,但職員堅持更換,怕跌過落地會唔乾淨,非常體貼細心。 continue reading

Strolling through Sheung Wan on a lazy Sunday, my mate and I couldn’t help but be drawn to a striking, bright orange façade on Hollywood Road 208. It turned out to be an Italian restaurant, and the bold colours lured us in. What a fantastic choice that was! From the warm, attentive service to the lively vibe, this spot left a lasting impression.Our meal started with the Prosciutto E Melone, which was absolutely divine. The sweet rock melon paired beautifully with the salty San Daniele ham and tangy balsamic reduction, highly recommended! Next came the Burrata, which was smooth, creamy, and full of flavour, with black garlic and Jerusalem artichoke chips adding a unique touch. The Sardine Caesar Salad was a pleasant surprise, with fried sardines adding a twist that worked perfectly alongside the crisp romaine and horseradish.Recommended by the staff, the Arancini Ai Funghi is a must-order for cheese lovers! Gooey mozzarella paired with earthy mushrooms and truffle mayo made it a cheesy dream. The Spaghetti Carbonara was another highlight, a classic done right with egg yolk creating a rich and authentic flavour.  Of course, we couldn’t resist trying their pizza, and the Quattro Formaggi did not disappoint. The delicious  blend of cheeses was rich and creamy, exactly what you’d hope for in a four-cheese pizza. As we were finishing up our dishes, a waiter came over at just the right time, thoughtfully asking if we’d like to see the menu again for desserts. We decided to each try one, the Tiramisu was creamy, smooth, a proper Italian dessert. Unfortunately, the Cannoli didn’t stand out like the other dishes. It wasn’t bad, just a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the meal.With such great vibes and attentive staff, we’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu.
