这个铺面前两家餐厅都是意大利菜,几个月前新开的这家也还是意大利菜。近两年新开的意大利菜不少,208虽然不是其中最好吃的,菜式也不是最创新的,但综合下来选择丰富,性价比不错,空间宽敞,视野绝佳,适合聚会。·【Beef Tartare】牛肉塔塔嫩滑带筋,咀嚼时带来轻微拉扯感,调味虽无特别,但比大多数加了太多香料太咸的牛肉塔塔克制多了。厚厚一层铺在咸香酥脆的炸吐司块上,吐司比餐前那几小块干巴巴的佛卡夏好吃。·【Veal Tonnato】出品十分地道,切成薄片的小牛肉如肌肤般粉嫩润弹,吞拿鱼酱虽然咸,但别说我一直还挺爱这口的。·【Ziti】选了不常吃的直形管状意面,调味不复杂,但魅力在于意面口感的弹牙劲道,透过酱汁和意面的融合,也能感受到炒酱、搅拌与收汁的技法不俗,大块的蓝鳍吞拿鱼肉在这里属于锦上添花了。·【Pizza 208】番茄披萨和布拉塔色拉在此融为一体,一整颗圆溜溜的布拉塔加持,让这款经典披萨瞬间有趣和丰富了许多。·饼底薄而韧,是令人满意的结实嚼劲。布拉塔一切开,那浓稠又流畅的半流动感化作绵绵奶香与番茄的清新酸甜共舞,新鲜的品质一下拉高了这款披萨的好吃上限。 continue reading

Another new kid on the block. Casual Italian eatery with Chef from Piedmont serving a wide selection of regional Italian flavours.Veal tonnato and Sardines Caesar Salad to start. Veal was tender and flavourful. Flavours of the tuna sauce was balanced with hints of capers and anchovy. Sardine Caesar Salad. Sardine fried to golden perfection. For Primi we ordered ravioli del plin in veal juz. Pasta wrapping was a tad thick for my liking. But the veal, pork, chicken and Parmesan stuffings and the veal juz were on point.Loved also their signature Neapolitan style hand-tossed oven-fired pizza Salsiccia e Patate that has interesting compositions of potato, fennel sausage, mozzarella, pecorino and rosemary. Crust was thin and fluffy.Overall a nice easy Italian eatery serving quality Italian dishes at fair prices that I would revisit. continue reading

一场大雨 意外之食原本打算去其他家吃,缘何雨实在太大,一头钻进去再说。进门第一印象服务主打一个热情。牛肉塔塔Beef tartare 有惊喜,保留牛肉风味同时,微酸的调味口感层次丰富。金枪鱼整体比较原味,搭配番茄和酱汁只是起到微调作用,我觉得口味可以更强化一些毕竟我不是在吃刺身。Medium Rare羊排口感非常鲜嫩,Black Cod,鱼皮焦脆,鱼肉滑嫩。 符合想象。由于中间上主菜时间稍长,店主还特地送了甜品,服务非常加分。值得再来! continue reading
