To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家是不是上環OL朋友一定有吃過的一家😆⁉️✨自家製叉燒鮮忌廉豬骨湯通粉 配鮮牛油多士 炒日本滑蛋 $56忌廉豬骨湯湯到令人意外!!一開始還擔心著 會否也是味精湯底但!!忌廉豬骨湯真香!真濃!通粉再加點小湯 味道都已經好夠足叉燒雖然偏薄 不過就因為這樣吃起來軟身~好咬~配QQ通粉 可以~炒日本滑蛋 還真的滑流~和佈滿牛油🧈偏厚多士 稍酥又滑 OK~~✨秘製薑蔥醬甜豉油豬扒飯 $68大家來這家不用想了 直接點他們的豬扒飯 加太陽🌞蛋 就好了!!誰會想到 一個豬扒飯 還可以來三塊!!而且每的還具一定厚度 也不算小片豬扒外皮煎的微焦 內𥚃軟軟(軟到還有種以為自己在吃肉餅😆)湯匙分開~輕鬆~不得不說他們的薑蔥醬真的沒話說!!送飯一流😋好吃!!他們還有自家製海鮮XO醬版本 味道肯定更濃郁 更惹味🥰✨凍忌廉咖啡 +$2果然是忌廉 果然是忌廉 甜度是螞蟻人的愛!!!!非甜控 請少甜🤫!!✨凍𢇃襪奶茶 +$2哈哈~~~這也是甜控的愛🤫但真的有夠冰凍 炎夏來一杯 爽呢~在上環禧利街想吃點和茶記相近的 好像只有這家了~而具這家相較起來更乾淨點 更光猛 難怪附近OL們 都會時不時來這家

今日同屋企人去上環行街,大約2:30pm想搵下午茶食,由於屋企人想食濕野而呢間又未食過,於是就㨂左呢間,點知原來下午茶要3點先開始😓唔緊要啦,照叫,我哋一行三人全部都係叫叉燒通粉,通粉就正常,但啲叉燒唔係好得,只有簿簿4片,而且味道唔係幾新鮮至於跟餐多士,炒蛋同咖啡就正正常常另外見到呢間餐廳掛住的畫同某一間餐廳X記好類似,甚至一樣,唔知係咪同一系列,但人地X記好食好多總刮嚟講,除咗叉燒麻麻地其他還可以,如果下次再嚟我就唔會再叫叉燒

今日去到上環禧利街一間茶記食lunch呢間茶記叫做諸勝堂咁平時lunch呢幾條街都特別多人㗎啦,呢間豬聖堂亦都唔例外,所以我就準時12點去到都有位坐嘅再遲多10分鐘,就要喺門口等㗎啦由於入邊嘅舖頭環境都比較少座位,唔算多所以要早啲嚟拎定位啦我嗌咗一個lunch午餐XO醬豬扒飯豬扒煎得都唔錯嘅入口好味再有配埋豉油汁,鹹鹹地都唔算太寡嘅而我哋仲嗌咗一杯凍檸茶一份標準式嘅茶記餐性價比都OK唔錯嘅,所以佢都有人排隊等嘅

今日中午揀左呢間餐廳食飯。黎到要排隊排一陣,好似都幾受歡迎。我地兩個人各自揀左一個午餐。鮮忌廉豬骨湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉🍲配4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋+鮮牛油多士🍞通粉既湯都幾濃味,火腿同通粉就不嬲都係好好既配搭,有埋鮑魚絲都幾特別。炒蛋好滑,好好味。多士烘得岩岩好,唔會太燶,又脆脆地。自家製义燒日本滑蛋飯🐖配自家製豉油滑蛋加蔥薄薄咁均勻鋪滿飯上面,配上佢自家製既豉油,甜甜地,成個飯好易入口。义燒唔會好柴,不過都比較瘦。同呢個滑蛋唔算好滑。但整體都好食

Lunch hour時間諗上環食咩好周圍都好多人排隊決定食諸勝堂🤓餐廳入面好迫 都唔坐得耐入面唔係好多款揀主要都係食叉燒同滑蛋😆最後揀咗叉燒滑蛋飯明明揀咗少飯 點知都係好多飯叉燒正正常常滑蛋同豉油都好match好飽啊!😆
