位於上環的隱世小酒館 主打西班牙式的美食 終於帶上朋友去一探究竟~ 我們點了他們家最有名的自家制Sourdough 配蟹膏黃油 奶香十足 順滑細膩 麵包外脆內韌 十分好咬 前菜還點了生牛肉他他配千層土豆 千層土豆外脆內軟 生牛肉特別用小法蔥調味 把整道菜的味道層次提升了 也一解千層土豆的油膩感 特別清爽 主菜點的伊比利亞黑毛豬 煮的十分優秀 一點都沒有豬騷味 入口軟嫩很好咬 豬肉旁邊帶一點點肥 特別爽口不膩! 西班牙菜必點的西班牙飯一定不會缺席 他們家選用鴨肉跟鵝肝 鵝肝油香十足柔滑 入口甘香 鴨肉鮮嫩 米的口感粒粒分明 不像平時吃到的西班牙飯普通偏鹹 這裡的調味十分剛好 特別推薦慶祝生日或是放工後找個地方吃飯聊天 特別好的氛圍! continue reading

今次同朋友嚟咗上環呢一間西式餐廳慶祝生日,成個體驗都幾唔錯!嗰日咁啱落大雨,行上斜路有少少辛苦,不過可能因為落雨,舖頭入面唔係好多人,所以環境都算清靜,同朋友傾偈非常方便!餐廳安排咗吧枱位置俾我哋,唔算最理想,但係整體嚟講都坐得舒服嘅!我哋叫咗一個鴨肉飯同埋炸雞!兩樣嘢都非常之好食!值得一讚嘅係:上菜嘅時候店員會非常之用心咁介紹菜式,包括係用咗啲乜嘢食材同埋食法。所以成個用餐體驗都非常完整!我哋仲嗌咗一個甜品同朋友慶祝生日,餐廳準備咗即影即有幫我哋合照留念!整體嚟講推薦大家去試吓呢一間餐廳! continue reading
