作為feast十年以上的常客，真的越來越失望食物越做越差，甜品部的chef沒禮貌講了好幾次都是沒有改善，以前的full buffet 做得還算不錯的，突然換了chef的同時，又變回了一開始的semi buffet，食物不但沒有改善，還變差，真的非常失望！而且這一次地下還有水積，好幾次都差點滑倒，真的想像不到居然是一家五星級酒店的質素semi buffet煮菜叫了steak and eggs, 叫了medium rare都還是硬到咬不到，蛋叫了pouch soft，就是普通的水煮蛋，沒有味道，所以整個菜就是很淡，連醬汁都沒有！這一餐真的吃的有點生氣 continue reading

首先講下個環境。地方唔算大，所以人數都無咁多，變相整體感覺好闊落舒服又靜 👍🏻 光暗對我地黎講岩岩好。食物選擇看似好少但樣樣都可以話係簡而精。前菜方面，除咗有凍海鮮沙律之外，仲有唔同款嘅小碟，同埋壽司刺身。強烈建議小碟同刺身share食，如果唔係食完前菜已經飽左一半🤣 食唔落main & dessert 啦 😏Main 方面 原本係10個 options 依加得返6個。無左我想食嘅duck但放心！更正嘅都仲係到👍🏻 豬牛（waygu / rib eye）羊魚龍蝦都有。我地大部人都選左Tenderloin Of Australian Wagyu Beef /rib eye，其餘選左sea bass 🐟/lobster 🦞龍蝦 rib eye 配粗同幼薯條而 我個人中意Wagyu Beef 係 potato galette，食落又脆口又滿足😌 加上用左忌廉菠菜襯托但又無搶風頭 nice~ 出面好多配菜或者汁都over 左啲或似side dish 多過balance整個dish🥩 Char-grilled Prime Rib Eye Steak (280g) 肉芯grill得啱啱好，外緣位就熟左少少，肉感彈牙而且肉味非常濃郁！Grilled Whole Boston Lobster Thermidor (+$70)Size都好大隻，最正係佢既忌廉汁，味道好香而且同龍蝦好夾👏🏻甜品section 都幾滿足，唔係得個樣！仲有homemade gelato 🍧 而且有奶茶味！個味一啲都唔假 ❤️ 佢會轉唔係成日都有。侍應好有禮貌，收碟同補食物都快手。Semi-buffet Dinner 正價788 但上官網或其他第三方好多時都有promotion 。例如OpenRice 25% off ，CP值高，食完會想再嚟 ✨ continue reading

食物質素有待改善

第一次寫食評，本身都上openrice望咗，見都幾多人講話性價比唔高，但都諗住過嚟望吓先再決定食唔食。今次係食semi-buffet lunch，入到reception位遠遠見到有海鮮station，問咗話今日有蠔、蝦、青口、翡翠螺，諗住用openrice優惠$440都可以試試，點知真係中伏 😒上述講嘅海鮮唔知係咪為咗要去咗啲腥味，沖水沖到咩味都冇，全部都勁淡味，連啲北寄貝、魷魚刺身都係咁，反而salad bar啲醃三文魚超鹹 🤮 但係salad都可以接受，有3-4款左右。前菜仲有生牛肉他他、三文魚抹醬呢兩個都ok。主菜我同老公分別叫咗個烤西冷牛扒同一個米蘭式牛仔扒，個牛扒其實就係平時去食自助餐嗰個hot station/meat station通常都有嘅切片牛扒，連個厚度都差唔多。老公切咗啲俾我試，有啲硬，不過有可能係因為我老公要食7成熟 🤣 我叫嗰個米蘭式牛仔扒就唔comment啦，因為我大鄉里出城第一次食呢道菜，所以我唔知佢正常應該係咩樣or咩味，不過我只可以話唔合我胃口，成份扒我食咗應該1/5都冇。甜品選擇都多，質素有酒店水準。 👍🏻總括嚟講，真係如其他人評論所講CP值好低，除非你係打算主攻甜品，否則同一個價錢可以考慮其他餐廳 🙃 continue reading
