前同事呢排咁啱喺太古城返工,即刻約個食飯聚一聚。呢次去左太古城六樓FIGS,餐廳名字起用法國,意大利,希臘和西班牙英文名字第一個字組成,主打地中海菜式。餐廳推出多款優惠,例如3點至7點係happy hour時間又買一送一仲可以送tapas,好啱放工過嚟飲杯嘢食個小食傾下計。另外$338/人有5道菜tasting menu,好抵食,我哋想來個西班牙之夜,主要點選西班牙菜式!見仲喺happy hour之內,以買一送一嘅優惠點咗2杯西班牙果酒sangria,淡淡果酒香氣襯托一下今晚嘅美食。餐廳送上小食西班牙火腿多士Fine de Claire Oyster,非常新鮮,海水味適中,蠔身先咸後甜,口感細膩。帶子芒果紅菜頭沙沙,係一度酸酸甜甜嘅涼菜,好開胃。香煎法國鵝肝配無花果醬,鵝肝非常肥美,入口融化。蒜蓉蝦,非常澎湃嘅蒜蓉,蝦肉爽口彈牙,配埋多士連汁都唔放過。多一round酒,係有150年歷史嘅巴塞隆拿品牌啤酒Estrella Damm,沒有很濃的苦澀感,順滑清新。烤八爪魚很香嫩,下面的薄薯塊,外脆內軟,很好佐酒。很期待的西班牙海鮮飯,呢個比較似葡萄牙海鮮飯,海鮮湯沒有收得很杰身,但我更喜歡這版本。牛側扒配紅酒汁,相當juicy。甜品點少得西班牙油炸鬼 churros ,非常鬆脆。FIGS 餐廳職員都係外國人,除咗餐廳用膳,亦可以喺戶外飲酒,非常有外國風情,係一個去chill 同享受美食嘅好地方。 continue reading

我自己本身好鍾意去太古,因為有兩個大商場連住,無論食嘢買嘢都好方便。最近發掘到太古戲院樓上有間FIGS Bistro Midterranean & Apero Terrace Bar ,樓層較高,比較隱蔽寧靜。適逢假日,就試咗brunch ,brunch menu 選擇都十分多,頭盤都分為凍頭盤熱頭盤,仲要每款揀兩個,再加一款主菜和甜品,再配餐包同飲品,好豐富。凍頭盤有三款選擇,最後我哋每款都有試!「普利亞水牛城芝士蕃茄沙律」水牛芝士滑溜溜,配埋番茄粒又酸又甜,夠開胃。「西班牙風乾火腿配蕃茄蓉包」就化身成經典西班牙前菜,蕃茄蓉包有啖啖清香的滋味,配上鹹香的風乾火腿,十分夾。「法國芬迪奇2號生蠔」,新鮮,簡單淋少少檸檬汁就岩岩好。每款份量適中,夠食又可以試到不同的食物。熱頭盤亦都出色!「松露芝士三文治」三文治煎得夠脆,熱辣辣加埋濃郁嘅芝士做到拉絲效果,松露醬亦令到整體香味更突出。「香煎蒜蓉蝦」煎香的蝦配蒜蓉再加脆包,夠晒滋味。最後「香煎鵝肝牛油包配無花果醬」係我最喜歡,一份有兩件,可以share ,鵝肝又濃又滑,配上無花果可以中和油膩,加上脆卜卜多士,口感豐富。主菜,「香蒜蕃茄香草牛油炒海鮮扁意粉」海鮮有大蝦、青口同蜆, 意粉Al dente,掛汁 ,再加埋蒜蓉蕃茄和香草牛油,令到整個意粉十分香。「風乾和牛腹側扒配露絲瑪利薯仔和有機小甘荀」,和牛嫩滑多汁,肉味濃郁。甜品方面,選擇了「意大利雪糕(開心果味)」做甜品,雪糕濃滑香滑,開心果味道好突出。飲品選擇了咖啡和熱朱古力,味道濃郁,有靚靚拉花。另外仲額外叫了龍蝦海鮮湯,龍蝦湯味道濃郁,配上多士上面鋪滿了龍蝦肉,沾上龍蝦湯再吃,滋味十足。FIGS Bistro嘅環境十分舒適,地點又方便,食完嘢又可以行街睇戲,最重要係性價比高,款式選擇多! continue reading
