616原意係「一仆一碌,嚟淥一淥」,點知結果係「嚟淥一淥,一仆一碌」。餐飯限時100分鐘,食咗25分鐘已經想走。王牌「匙柄」、「胸口膀」、「滑尾龍」原來唔係王牌,係紅牌嚟,有渣同韌到咬唔入。叫咗烏冬,淥完居然有一餅係硬嘅煮唔開,啲豉油完全無鹹味,食完成餐飯好似無食金到嘢咁,得個牛骨湯係可取!估唔到第一次幫襯616係咁嘅體驗,以後唔會再幫襯!而朋友亦表示:幫襯咗616其他分店起碼10次,都無咁差嘅體驗,大圍店不可一不可再! continue reading

九點後入座,這間分店的員工很強烈地支配客人不給客人揀位的機會,即使已經到非繁忙時間入座率只是一半,員工盈將客人分別安置到很擠迫的二人枱,即使有三張空置的四人頭座位或卡位,都要將客人分配在很狹窄的二人細枱,完全沒有理會客人的感受,二人枱與人枱之間的距離只是一尺,即使客人要求員工仍堅持,態度惡劣!令人認為員工只是不想打掃大一些的枱面,而將客人分配到極細小的二人枱,即使像我們一些幫襯了超過兩三年的顧客亦感到很心淡。整個用餐過程十分之擠迫,並好像跟隔籬枱的人同一台吃飯,如果是繁忙時間我們沒有怨言,但去到即將收市的時間仍這樣對待客人10分無禮!令我以後想再去的意欲大減!另外最近推廣$48和牛,明白以此價錢不能要求高,但這些所謂的和牛口感好像牛肉乾一樣又鞋又乾,與其他在餐牌中銷售的牛肉有很大分別,這樣倒不如不要發售,令人非常失望! continue reading
