“Deep Sea Oyster and Steak” 聽個名就聯想到專食生蠔同埋鋸扒,趁著朋友生日,就約到這家餐廳慶祝。餐廳唔算大,亦唔係什麼高規格裝修,係一般嘅西餐廳格局,反而燈光昏暗有情調,氣氛寧靜適合傾計。menu上頭幾頁係一啲套餐介紹,之後就係單點類別,一目了然。最特別呢度唔係淨係食扒,仲有日式嘢食,就好似呢一份刺身拼盤,有三文魚、蝦、貝類等等,西日合璧,刺身方面都幾新鮮。來到這間就一定要叫生蠔來品嚐,望落去夠大隻,食落夠juicy。美國安格斯牛扒份量足食落有咬口而冇渣,不錯。多士鵝肝,鵝肝油脂不會太多,剛剛好,食落就唔會好滯,加埋塊多士中和油份就啱啱好。三文魚頭味噌湯,有海帶、魚頭、大蔥、蘿蔔、腐皮,夠晒足料,又唔會太鹹,幾好。紅桑莓紐約芝士蛋糕,香濃芝士味配搭紅桑莓口感豐富,一件兩個人分啱啱好,就唔會太飽。今晚呢一餐食物加環境都是不錯的體驗。 continue reading

尖沙咀與佐敦之間嘅山林道成條街都係食舖,有啲仲係商業大廈嘅樓上舖,所以都有好多選擇,而今次約了朋友去這間餐廳就正正係商業大廈嘅樓上單位,一入去餐廳就是幽暗柔和嘅西餐廳氛圍,剛巧是星期二晚上食客不算多,氣氛寧靜,適宜撐枱腳。我們叫了一個商務套餐,看上去幾豐富。主菜有三樣揀一樣,就點了美國安格斯肉眼扒,五成熟,肉質彈牙有肉汁再加少少嘅脂肪更加有厚實口感,另外,很少見牛扒配上蒜片,但蒜片有其獨特口味,將蒜片和牛扒一起放進口內味道很惹味。沙律:主要是一道開胃菜,沙律汁酸酸甜甜,清新。刺身夠鮮,唔錯。鋸完扒仲有個拉麵, 夠飽。鵝肝多士, 鵝肝軟硬適中, 加埋香口多士,不俗。生蠔有四隻,分別係西非及西班牙,西非生蠔口感幾飽滿,西班牙口感較結實,各有優處,都係唔錯嘅口感。餐飲兩杯,雖然選擇唔係多,但都有十款八款,就揀咗石榴特飲,同埋青提梳打,在這幽靜嘅氣氛下食飯傾計確實係唔錯嘅選擇。 continue reading

Happy Friday 當然要約閨蜜一齊飯聚,傾心事兼食好西今日出黎尖沙咀山林道38銀座搭𨋢上13樓就到。裝潢以黑色&金色做主調,俾人一種浪漫有情調既感覺,服務員有禮地遞上水杯餐廳主打西餐,由前菜主食到甜品飲品都一應俱全,招牌名有oyster and steak ,一定要試下佢既蠔同牛留意望埋門口位有塊黑板menu , 內容有哂廚師推薦菜式法國生蠔我同姊妹比較鍾情法國蠔既重金屬海水味,所以叫左兩款經典蠔,分別係:-Synanyme -Gillardeau 蠔肉非常鮮嫩肥美,最後飲埋海水,簡直係鮮味天花板海膽三文魚他他配多士唔好睇呢味外表精緻,原來仲好有內涵黎自北海道既海膽真係好creamy 同鮮味,配上同樣鮮味既三文魚他他,呢對鮮嫰孖寶夾住脆口多士,啖啖都係味蕾上既享受安格斯薄燒牛肉係必點之一,呢個安格斯牛肉味都幾出,個人覺得就咁食都已好夠味,鍾意惹味d既朋友可以點埋佢既燒汁西京燒比目魚小妹我極鍾情香濃魚脂,入口滑溜既比目魚,廚師今次燒到燶左d,如果燒到岩岩好金黃色就perfect 啦松露什菌湯未放入口已經超香松露香,入口係blend 到極仔細既什菌,加入少量奶油,滑得黎感覺到少少渣既口感幾特別,點埋跟湯餐包,口感更豐富值得一讚服務員會顧及客人食用速度,一道接一道菜上,整個環境都好寧願舒適,食物質素不俗,係傾心事既好地方 continue reading

今晚放工約左朋友係尖沙咀shopping, 佢話我知山林道呢條街好多好野食, 樓上餐廳更有好多隱世餐廳, 就帶我黎呢間有情調的多國菜西餐廳晚飯. 呢到環境清淨雅致, 坐位舒適, 燈光柔和, 可以遠眺室外街景, 令人可以好relax慢慢享受晚飯~睇下餐牌食咩先, 都好多選擇, 有西式扒類意粉、日式壽司刺身、海鮮串燒, 仲有提供不同人數精選套餐, 想享受me time, 都有一人生蠔套餐, 正。頭盤我自己安排左先黎個串燒先, *脆炸芝麻雞翼(2隻) - $48, 由於雞翼外皮有芝麻一齊燒, 特別香口, 仲卜卜脆, 內裡juicy, 口感豐富*燒牛舌心串- $58, 燒到中間粉嫩, 外脆內嫩*忌廉白酒藍青口 - $168忌廉汁份量十足, 酒味香濃撲鼻, 藍青口配白酒忌廉汁味道又香又滑*松露蟹膏意粉 - $158松露香氣四溢, 食到好濃郁creamy蟹膏, 意粉軟硬適中掛汁熱騰騰的, 兩者添合一齊吃, 味道相當唔錯~ continue reading
