令人置身於渡假海灘般的餐廳酒吧 遠眺維港醉人景色
KABOOM在主題設計上採用大量天然物料包括芬蘭木材及天然竹子以塑造外國一般的海灘餐廳,餐廳更以竹子鋪滿整個天花令人置身於國外一樣遠離煩囂。同時,KABOOM設有室外花園可以在户外空間用餐飽覽全維港景色,非常適合三五知己把酒暢談。

餐廳由酒店級名廚主理多款以東南亞為主題的Fusion菜色及小食包括豬扒炒飯配自家制東南亞醬汁、煎比目魚配紅椰汁及以東南亞手法烹調的避風堂炒蝦等。

KABOOM 亦主打其精心設計的雞尾酒, 其中以「KABOOM」為主打, 以獨特的手法演繹奶茶雞尾酒。除此之外,KABOOM亦以心情為題創作出12款獨有的雞尾酒,「Damn Pissed Off!」以份子料理方式融入雞尾酒中; 「If Not Now, When?」則以班蘭為主調創作出一款非常refreshing的雞尾酒;而 「Life Sucks, Let’s Get Drunk!」就以廣為熟識的椰子口味塑造一杯貌似椰子的雞尾酒。

($128)味道有晒熱帶水果嘅風情🥗,生果嘅甜香味,同埋椰香味好出🌴,芒果蓉🥭、桔仔🍊、菠蘿汁🍍、椰子糖漿幾款味道好夾,去買龍舌蘭酒嘅香味🍾,融合埋一齊。.😆Enough Is Enough! Weekday Dinner Tom Yum Coconut Scallop Carpaccio $128鮮甜的北海道帶子刺身配上椰子冬蔭功醬汁,味道有驚喜,配搭新鮮又開胃!KABOOM Sharing Platter $248拼盤份量十足,很適合與朋友分享,有炸春卷、炸單骨雞翼、炸蝦球、泰式魚餅及豬肉串燒,每一樣都熱辣辣,香口惹味,單吃已經很美味,更有三種蘸醬任君選擇,同朋友都很喜歡帶辣的蘸醬。Thai Lobster Sauce Strozzapreti Pasta with Lobster Tail $268意大利短捲麵上有肉質結實彈牙的龍蝦尾,每一條短捲麵都被泰式龍蝦醬汁包裹住,味道濃厚又帶有啖啖的鮮味。Tom Yum Coconut Risotto with King Oysters $208意大利燉飯加入了冬蔭功醬,帶點微辣,濃厚但不會過膩,配上飽滿大隻的燒蠔,令味道更加分,是令人滿足的組合。Damn Pissed Off! $128雞尾酒由伏特加、熱情果泥及菠蘿汁調製而成,加上分子料理泡泡及花瓣,味道酸酸甜甜,造型夢幻又打卡,更有可愛的黄色小鴨!Enough is Enough! $128Mezcel、氣泡酒、梳打水、西瓜泥及青檸汁的調製而成的組合,清新又不會太辛口。餐廳裝潢很有特色,以沙灘度假風為主題,用了木材和天然竹作為裝飾。室內有落地大玻璃窗可以欣賞維港景色,室外空中花園更是面向開揚海景,悠閑舒服。食物及雞尾酒除了賣相精緻,味道同樣出色,店員風趣幽默又親切,是與朋友聚會和慶祝節慶的不錯選擇。 continue reading

今次我想同大家推薦一個喺尖沙咀站附近食嘢、飲嘢同埋睇維港夜景嘅好地方,而且重點佢係一啲都唔貴,CP值好高。餐廳有得揀室內同埋室外,今次我就試咗走露營風嘅室外位置。☺️KABOOM Sharing Platter佢係一個好豐富嘅泰式拼盤,入面嘅份量都足夠兩至三個人食,包括有豬肉串、單骨雞翼、泰式魚餅,網紋炸春卷同炸蝦棗,種類夠晒豐富。🥳Grilled Gai Yang Chicken伊桑烤雞佢同其他烤雞最唔同嘅地方就係佢嘅醃料同埋調味。原隻嘅烤雞上到嚟香噴噴,食落會有鹹味、微甜同少少辣嘅味道,配埋泰式魚露醬汁更加可以提鮮。仲配有烤蔬菜同印度嘅Roti薄餅。🐥Oven Baked Sambal Stingray 呢一道焗赤魟魚又係非常之有東南亞風味,佢係軟骨魚嘅其中一種,所以唔識吐骨嘅朋友都唔使太擔心。烤魚嘅時候會連埋微辣嘅印尼調味醬,令到整體味道層次更加提升。🐟Coffee, Tea or Me?呢度嘅Cocktail我都好推薦,因為全部好飲得嚟,賣相都非常之靚仔。呢一款以威士忌做底嘅雞尾酒,飲落係完全意想不到嘅烏龍茶味道。配埋少少plum酒同埋梳打汽水,飲出嚟就更加有層次感。🫖Damn Pissed Off!另一杯嘅Cocktail賣相就更加特別,佢係用浴缸裝住杯酒。佢用咗伏特加酒做底,味道飲出嚟就主要係熱情果味同埋檸檬味,仲有少少薑嘅辣味喺尾調。🫚🛁 continue reading
