To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大快活 $66仁當辣雞上髀飯,香煎薄餅+荔枝檸檬梳打係喜出望外,值得一試既餐,揀餐唔知食咩好嘅時候可以試吓呢個。香煎薄餅🍕雖然係超級市場都可以買到嘅薄餅,但就係因為咁,好食!又酥又香又脆,仲有少少雲呢拿味,記得趁熱食,第一樣就食薄餅先。雞髀🍗當然冇醃過啦,但係配埋個香料汁係唔錯嘅。另外附上「麻醬鹹味」既汁,呢個食落太重口味,會掩蓋晒其他味,試咗兩啖就算了。最驚喜係嗰幾啖伴菜,醃到酸酸甜甜,又爽又脆,好食!撈汁撈飯超開胃荔枝檸檬梳打 後悔試咗呢杯嘢,早知都係飲返凍檸茶走甜….聞落係幾有荔枝味,但係浸味好化學好假,我唔鍾意;冇檸檬味。平時鍾意飲梳打嘅我飲剩咗半杯。 continue reading

今日咁啱去尖沙咀度做完body check,到底我就買咗個外賣早餐返屋企食喺大快活Apps落單之後去拎,可以唔使等咁耐,去到基本上就可以即刻拎到,幾方便煎雞扒早餐$39.5近排成日都研究點樣可以食得健康啲,盡量都食多啲蛋白質叫咗大快活嘅蛋白質之選,都莫過於呢個煎雞扒早餐有齊煎雞扒同兩隻煎蛋,兩大蛋白質嘅主要來源,絕對係健身人士嘅福音切雞蛋都有成個手掌咁大,雞肉嫩滑唔會嚡口麵包亦都有得揀果jam或者煉奶,啱晒唔鍾意食多士嘅 continue reading

喺一間餐廳試嗰盤即煎西多士,我心裡面真係有種小確幸嘅感覺。啲西多士啖啖脆口,搞到每咬一口都係滿足嘅嘶嘶聲🥪。燒雞翼香甜得嚟肉質仲好嫩滑,真係撈得過癮!沙嗲牛肉煎蛋脆豬飽入口即溶,沙嗲味濃郁得嚟唔過火,夾埋煎蛋嗰一陣軟硬啱啱哋,食落去真係滿足feel爆燈💡!當講到叉燒瀨粉,我想用「完美」兩個字形容。粉條透明又彈牙,湯底清甜得嚟一啲都唔膩,係平凡一餐中嘅小確幸。然後嗰啲瘦叉燒啊,咬落去肉香四溢,又腍又有嚼勁🍜。我仲試過佢哋嘅咕嚕蓮藕玉子豆腐,真心推介!玉子豆腐嘅外皮炸到啱啱好,入口即脆,跟住就係件件豆腐滑溜溜,呢種口感層次讓人真係過癮。蓮藕嘅甜味配上酸酸甜甜嘅醬料,真係食咗可以令人心情好轉,成個體驗都係正🌟! continue reading

嚟到呢家餐廳,係咁諗住食碗叉燒瀨粉,期待住嗰種跟柔滑嘅瀨粉嚟個親密接觸。慕名而來,都係因為聽講佢哋嘅瀨粉有點獨特,嚟過嘅朋友又成日讚好。頭盤點咗碟麥皮,佢嘅稔滑,順喉到一個唔得喇,完全冇諗過麥皮可以滑到噴出咁誇張 😍!然後最讓我期待嗰碗叉燒瀨粉,食落嘅感覺,簡直係厚潤得來唔肥膩,個叉燒又真係油光發亮,吃落去啱啱好,唔會過肥,啲瀨粉卜卜脆,超正!奶茶嘅話,嗰陣時苦咗啲,但我覺得夠哂香濃,對於鍾意濃味嘅朋友係啱嘅。至於厚多士飛邊,恩,都係好得過且過,加咗煉奶之後就算班,幾好食嘅。總之,今次嘅食體驗,真係份量足又滿足,若唔係勁鍾意,我點會咁老土嚟連串店食飯呢,但係呢度,真係有種懷舊嘅人情味,值得再嚟。 👌🐷🥢 continue reading
