To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人生日去咗食北京樓原本好似係要4000幾當時做緊活動，用滙豐信用卡俾錢有折折實咗之後三千尾呢個着火嘅雞嚟到嘅時候侍應會同你講使唔使影相佢點着咗個火之後會叫你企埋佢個火雞度影相啲火都燒咗有1分鐘左右連隔籬枱嘅人睇到都嘩嘩聲等啲火熄咗之後就會叫我哋自己用個錘仔打爛隻雞打咗一兩下侍應就會幫手拆開隻雞幾分鐘之後侍應姐姐拎咗張即影即有相過嚟就係頭先叫我哋企喺隻火雞度影相嗰張😂當晚都食咗10幾樣菜雖然唔係每一樣嘢都有影相但係最記得嘅係北京填鴨真係幾好食而呢隻色着火嘅火雞就一般般不過如果係用嚟打卡嘅話咁都可以叫嚟食吓嘅餐廳入面類似海底撈咁會有師傅親自整麵粉坐近玻璃嘅話，仲會直接睇到維港夜景不過價錢真係好貴試一次就夠啦真係

本身想食海逸可惜無位係網上平台見到北京樓做promotion $288/位套餐menu海蜇/素鵝2粒宮爆蝦（1粒）翡翠龍鳳羮填鴨 半隻小籠包2隻春卷楊枝甘露好食嘅真係買少見少上次食完京滬佳餚好食 可惜已經執咗今次食難免有少少比較海蜇/素鵝2粒味道正常 無特別宮爆蝦（1粒）甜酸加微辣個蝦好大隻彈牙嘅呢個幾好食 似嚕嚕肉咁翡翠龍鳳羮呢個都幾好飲 料都幾多 有口感填鴨 半隻肉多但唔香 小籠包2隻隻隻都穿底 皮唔係話特別薄，但食得出無咬口春卷素春卷，都新鮮熱辣脆卜卜既楊枝甘露正常發揮呢個價錢 但有得揀會揀食其他餐廳

今晚一坐低，茶水menu咩都冇。好好態度問個女經理拿，她態度都已經好差，後來食飯見到隔離台底有只老鼠，告知佢哋，後來一位男經理過來解釋。男經理就有禮貌好多。下次都唔會再來尼間，個女經理態度真系好差，仲要有老鼠. The service at this location wasn’t great at all especially the female manager, she was very rude. And we saw a mouse underneath the table next to us while we were having our dinner tonight. Really disappointed.
