寫這篇食評時, 心情很複雜! 是同一間餐廳嗎???? 全部好評???? 我們本來想去光榮食午餐但太多人排隊, 見對面有餐牌好似幾抵食就去試試啦! $48 自助沙律吧 + 餐湯 + 飲品, 主食另加 $10-$60 不等! 首先企喺門口等左3分鐘都無見到有侍應, 應該人手很短缺吧! 我哋坐室外, 好多塵應該係正常吧, 但櫈爛到咁就真係唔想坐! 踏正 1pm 已經有3款主食售罄….終於落晒單就走到自助沙律吧, 9成碟係吉既, 乜都無! 只有湯, 豆, 紅蘿蔔同一款醬……同侍應講佢5分鐘後就添, 都算快手! 沙律吧有蕃茄, 豆, 雲耳, 2款菜, 紅蘿蔔…完!主菜: 香蒜牛油蜆肉意粉 +$20 ~ 即係成個餐 $68, 呢個價錢其實唔算平, 碟意粉超細碟, 無汁但大量水, 蜆肉無乜味道勝在無沙! 最重點係凍既, 完全凍! 應該係煮完呢碟再煮埋長通粉先上菜所以凍晒! 卡邦尼長通粉 +$10 ~ 即係成個餐 $58, 通粉熱, 有煙出, 同事5啖內已經食晒全碟通粉! 註: 奶茶超超超難飲, 又苦又澀又嚡! 串燒是我太太喜歡的食物類型之一,所以今晚有空又來到了珍味食堂。青蘋果梳打$78一瓶大大瓶和淡淡的甜酸味,是佐膳的最佳配搭。欖油蒜片辣椒意粉$88,這個意粉適合素食人仕,意粉內只有蒜片和蔬菜,非常健康。配料有指天椒、辣椒粉和黑胡椒,辣味層次豐富。蒜蓉燒扇貝$34一隻蒜蓉份量十足,蒜香味濃,加上少許辣味,便帶出扇貝的鮮味。秘燒鮑魚仔$29一隻鮑魚燒得很香和煙靱,而自家製的醬汁,令到鮑魚的層次感更豐富。法式香煎鵝肝件焦糖蘋果$88鵝肝外脆內軟,配上焦糖蘋果的酸味,平衡了鵝肝的油膩感,再吃點法包和陳醋的沙律,就更健康。心太軟$48,非常流心,想不到甜品做得不錯。 continue reading

我和媽媽覺得日本菜是味道最穩定,所以吃日本菜中伏的機會少之有少,通常都有一定水準,每當想不到吃甚麼,我們就會吃日本菜,前晚我們就去了尖沙咀珍味食堂吃晚飯。香脆蟹籽蝦多士相當涮嘴,炸到色澤金黃的多士,毫不油膩,上層撒上晶瑩剔透的蟹籽,先色奪人。一口咬下,多士裡頭鑲滿彈牙的蝦肉,像鮮蝦在口腔躍跳,超棒的蝦多士。蟹籽芝琛玉子燒在鐵板上滋滋作響,熱騰騰的霸氣登場。一切開玉子燒,軟綿的玉子溢出滿滿熱溶芝士蟹子,邪惡無比。玉子燒仍嚐到蟹籽一粒粒的口感,芝士鹹香卻不會膩味。鹽燒牛舌除了以鹽提味,還有胡椒,微辣且香,上桌時香氣四溢,牛味濃郁,其脆彈感好吃到不行,教人回味無窮,喜愛牛舌的不容錯過。石窩牛肝菌雞柳燴飯以黑松露為飯的基底,搭配石窩熱辣辣的熱力,讓每顆米飯都帶有黑松露的香氣,再拌入滑嫩的雞柳,每吃一口都是幸福的感覺。這裡有一個優惠,就是惠顧任何飲品可以半價或特價換購一些指定食品,不限換購食物次數。我和媽媽都認為滿實惠的,吃燒物一定會喝東西,計起來蠻化算的,既有飲品可喝,又吃到便宜的,一舉兩得,故我們點了柑桔檸檬蜜和龍眼蜂蜜。我們換購了蒜蓉燒蟶子皇和七味燒貴妃蚌,蟶子皇一隻只是34元,而貴妃蚌一隻也是29元。蒜蓉燒蟶子皇與七味燒貴妃蚌均鮮甜多汁,飽滿肥美,再加上蒜蓉及七味粉提味,蟶子皇和貴妃蚌別有一番風味。這裡的鹽燒鯖魚比一般店吃的更皮脆肉嫩,因為師傅為了不燒焦鯖魚,慢火細烤,讓鯖魚均勻受熱,聞起來香噴噴的。鹽燒鯖魚原本已鮮味十足,再擠上檸檬汁,魚肉鮮上加鮮,好不美味。 continue reading
