第一次喺呢間酒店食自助午餐。唔知係咪因為佢地方本身就唔大，所以食物種類其實都較少。首先佢嘅凍海鮮就比較失色，蟹腳太鹹，麵包蟹又唔算多膏，蜆又冇乜味，刺身水準都係一般，所以呢個項目好快已經冇人排隊😅反而中式熱食唔錯，特別係燒味，叉燒夠腍又有少少燶邊，切雞夠嫩，燒鵝又夠香。其餘食物都係一般發揮。不過甜品區都值得一提，做得唔錯，特別係拿破崙。而雪糕係movenpick，口味都好多。另外呢度都有提供一般自助餐少見嘅自助飲品櫃，算係補救食物種類少嘅缺點啦！ continue reading

湯底方面：一人一爐，多款免費火鍋湯底選擇，選擇中規中矩，客人亦可以加錢升級湯底，我當晚只係選用咗免費湯底，所以唔知升級湯底嘅質素如何。食物方面：海鮮拼盤雖然係一人一份，不是任食，但海鮮種類ok, 而且相當新鮮。至於肉類是任食的，有兩款牛肉，豬腩肉，雞髀肉，蒙古羊肉，肉嘅質素十分好，還有其他常規嘅火鍋配料，例如綠色蔬菜，根果類蔬菜，豆類食物，小量海鮮等等，種類雖然唔係十分多，但普遍質素偏高。醬料方面：相信醬料係打邊爐十分重要嘅一環，酒店提供10分10分10分多嘅配料醬料選擇，真係有啲目不暇給嘅感覺，雖然只係醬料，但酒店選用醬料嘅質素一啲都唔馬虎，例如腐乳醬，XO醬味道十分好。飲品方面：有自家酸梅湯，紫背天葵，汽水任飲之外，仲有啤酒、梅酒、紅酒、白酒都係任飲嘅。服務方便：職員服務十分好，對於顧客嘅要求反應十分迅速，態度友善，每次回應都面帶笑容，而家香港地食自助餐都好少見到呢個服務質素。 continue reading
