呢個名銜呢個價錢,但係呢個質素今次體驗就普普通通普通服務環境當然係五星! 不過食物質素就比較麻麻,比起好多中菜或者中菜小店都略為遜色百花蝦多士拼陳醋小黃瓜海蜇頭Deep Fried Prawn Toast & Jelly Fish with Cucumber served with Black Vinegar蝦多士好香脆,陳醋小黃瓜海蜇頭個調味唔錯,海蜇頭質素爽口,呢個比較中上高湯蟹肉燴官燕Braised Bird's Nest Soup with Crab Meat in Superior Soup呢個係最大份嘅一味餸,不過係湯嚟嘅,有好多蟹肉同官燕,味道平平,不過我唔係好識食官燕唔識評價特級花膠扣鵝掌Braised Fish Maw with Goose Web Served in Abalone Sauce炆得好腍好入味,不過啲花膠唔係我哋平時認知嘅,食完之後發覺佢應該走過油,唔係嗰種好煙靭嘅口感 比較薄身同埋質素下啲乾燒北海道帶子皇伴鍋巴Sautéed King Size Scallops in Spicy Sauce served with Crispy Ric帶子好大粒!但係唔知點解發覺呢度嘅菜式好鍾意用油去烹調,呢粒咁大嘅帶子佢煎炸有啲浪費 而且為呢餐飯加上油膩感翡翠炒大蝦球Sautéed Prawn & Vegetable呢個唔記得影相,但係都係非常立立令,油分完全遮蓋下嘅味道,雖然佢一定唔係新鮮蝦 亦都唔係太有蝦鮮味,甜豆都非常油膩 廚師好似好鍾意用猛烈油份去煮龍蝦湯海鮮讚岐烏冬Sanuki Udon with Assorted Seafood served with Lobster Bisque 呢個烏冬同我認知嘅有啲出入,應該係乾烏冬麵條煮成,再加上油炸過嘅斑塊,雖然大家會覺得好香口,但係佢成餐飯會變咗每碟菜式都真係用深煎或者炸新鮮嘅菜式,唔應該下下都咁樣整… 而且會令到成餐飯好膩楊枝甘露Chilled Mango Cream with Pomelo & Sago成餐最好味就係呢個楊枝甘露!唔會太甜,而且有好多西柚芒果,有輕微解油膩嘅感覺波士雙式美點The Boss's Petit Fours鳳梨酥同埋唔知乜嘢奶凍,幾好味~呢度嘅環境當然好,不過去廁所有啲遠同埋迷宮!呢度嘅侍應服務,但係佢哋好似返緊厭惡性工作咁🤣唔會有嗰種五星級嘅感覺,有求必應但係就冇一種親切感,感覺佢都係為咗滿足老闆🤣 continue reading

這家餐廳讓我們深感失望,特意預訂了私人房間慶祝朋友生日,卻花了一萬元卻沒有冷氣可用,更嚴重的是,經理的態度令人難以接受。他的舉止完全不符合高級餐廳經理的應有風範,竟然當著壽星女說房間太熱等一下出去出邊切蛋糕,那個蛋糕是驚喜的surprise部份,深深傷害了我們試圖給朋友一個驚喜的用心。食物的品質也讓人大失所望,全部嘢凍冰冰,一道道菜無一可口,我實在無法理解他們如何能收取這麼高昂的費用而提供如此糟糕的服務和食物。結語,這家餐廳實在讓人失望透頂! continue reading

今次來到呢間位於ICC 101樓嘅餐廳,本來心諗住眼前嘅港景粉嶺一流嘅,又豈會輸喺菜色上啊,起底居然有啲得意嘅發現帶俾大家!首先要提嘅係佢嘅芋角,口感酥脆,咬落去香滑嘅芝士夾雜住軟綿綿嘅芋泥,真係融合得好嘅啫!炒牛河來個鑊氣十足,牛肉嫩滑,河粉吸收晒肉汁,好滋味㗎!想講下我幾欣賞佢哋嘅燕窩蟹肉羹,湯底醇厚,卻唔會太過厚重,飲落去喉嚨覺得好舒服。再講吓呢個鱈魚伴鍋巴,魚肉烤得啱啱好,外面微微焦香,裡頭依舊保持住水嫩;而鍋巴啲脆口感作配搭,爽口得嚟又唔會蓋過魚味,係咁上下嘅智慧佈局!再講講呢個炒飯, 係餐桌上嗰個驚喜,臘腸香氣濃郁,令人意猶未盡。唔得唔提最後嗰碗雪耳燉雪梨,清甜爽口,餐畢微甜,做個完美收尾。真心講,呢度嘅食物同埋响高空看到嘅美景一樣,令人記憶猶新🤩✨。下次聚會一定會再嚟捧場!🥢👀🌆 continue reading
