西班牙餐廳 el cerdo 位於荃灣大壩街,如果用 OpenRice 訂位,更可享有九折優惠,相當於免除加一。對西班牙菜唔熟悉,攞住餐牌唔多識叫,但侍應態度親切,仔細解釋每道菜式的特色,最後叫咗一個嘅dinner set B二人餐,再加幾款嘢食。炸黑毛猪火腿球,西班牙黑毛猪扒伴焗肉桂蘋果配迷迭香醬都係好好食嘅,個豬扒肉質鮮嫩多汁。西班牙海鮮炒飯就一般,份量亦都偏少。另外值得一題係我哋加咗78蚊將本來嘅伊比利亞黑毛豬火腿(22個月)轉成雜錦風乾伊比利亞肉供盤,份量都唔少。三個人食咗1130蚊,平均每人唔使300,咁嘅價錢和咁嘅食物質素,今時今日香港食過晚飯性價比係算高嘅。 continue reading

第一次食西班牙菜🍽,所以唔知係咪算正宗😂,只可以講每道菜既特色。二人Set Dinner有兩款,分別既係貴啲果款菜色唔同,同埋main course 可以4揀2😎。前菜有沙律🥗同湯揀,沙律菜夠新鮮,同埋個dressing好好味,酸酸地好開胃😋,份量恰到好處,唔會搞到啲菜太濕。頭盤當然唔少得西班牙風乾火腿🍖,火腿咸香味濃,𡁻落好香,又唔會好咸。另外仲有粟米蓉帶子配豬腩片🐽,火腿露筍配流心蛋🍳。主菜我地揀左西班牙炒飯同埋牛扒🥩,炒飯好足料,有青口,蝦🦐,魷魚🦑,口味偏重,可能呢啲就係西班牙特色。牛扒要5成熟,煎得剛剛好👍🏻,外脆肉汁豐富。最後甜品有兩款,特別一讚,openrice訂位時註明週年紀念,店員喺迷你巴斯克芝士蛋糕木板寫上“Happy Anniversary ”😍。整餐飯性價比高,食物質素好好👍🏻,店員服務都好好,值得推介俾大家💯。 continue reading

今次唔使去尖沙咀都可以食到西班牙餐。餐廳環境唔錯,坐得舒服,又有啲裝飾,同朋友聚餐,拍拖嘅話,我會選擇呢間餐廳。我哋一行四人就嗌咗呢啲嘢食炸黑毛豬火腿球外脆內軟,我覺得係一款必點嘅小食鮮蕃茄蓉焗法包呢個做開胃小菜非常之好,好清新,好開胃,唔錯脆皮豬腩肉配蜂蜜蛋黃醬佢個脆豬腩肉我就覺得有啲似燒肉,豬肉皮係脆卜卜嘅,如果鍾意食燒肉嘅話就可以點呢樣。西班牙海鮮炒飯性價比非常之高,好好味。盛碟飯都好多海鮮,而且有蕃茄同檸檬調味,鹹鹹酸酸咁幾開胃又幾好味。鐵板燒蒜蓉辣椒炒大蝦佢算係幾濃味,但係就略嫌有啲太鹹。另外,呢一碟餸有幾塊多士可以點蝦汁。如果冇咁鹹就會好啲。傳統墨魚汁大蝦炒幼麵呢個麵又幾有驚喜,可能本身自己鍾意食墨魚汁嘅嘢,食到成口都黑鼆鼆好鬼過癮,加上佢個汁好好味,所以食咗好多呢碟嘢。 continue reading
