4口原來係荃灣都開咗分店。今日放假行完假同朋友嚟食飯。餐廳裝修高格調仲有VIP房聽店長講原來呢間分店有omakase食但就要預早訂定。咁唯有下次先可品嘗。今次食住套餐先。福建金湯佛跳牆套餐呢個佛跳牆好足料花膠勁大條鮑魚海參將啲料放哂入碗麵感覺真係好豪華既享受。飲啖金湯鮮甜好味,再撈埋啲麵食好好味。高麗菜燜炒米粉套餐配上小菜同燉湯姬松茸竹笙排骨湯足料夠哂火喉黑蒜香煎帶子原粒帶子好厚身外層煎到金黃色食落有刺身級既口感再配埋黑蒜健康有益。 continue reading

經常光顧中環總店,最近得知荃灣開了分店,今晚便專程來到。店內裝修以日式的廚師發辦為主題,而且提供VIP房,令人坐得非常舒服。晚市套餐:福建金湯佛跳牆配薑油拌麵,冰梅蕃茄仔,桂圓檸檬烏龍茶$268。福建金湯佛跳牆,內有海參、 雞肉、鮑魚、花膠、鵪鶉蛋、瑤柱。金湯味道濃郁,帶有雞和火腿的香味,加上配料十足,以這個價錢來說,非常超值。😍😍😍😍😍薑油拌麵,薑油香味十足,原來是用豬油製造,怪不知這個味道非常吸引。👍👍👍👍👍冰梅蕃茄仔,蕃茄仔除了本來的蕃茄味道之外,還有話梅的酸甜味道,非常開胃又美味。桂圓檸檬烏龍茶,烏龍茶香味十足,如果可以提供一支鐵匙羹更好,可以將龍眼和檸檬的味道擠出。晚市套餐:吉品糖心鮑配薑油拌麵爽脆萵筍絲,姬松茸竹蓀排骨湯$268。吉品糖心鮑,鮑魚內的糖心煙煙韌韌,加上濃郁的鮑魚湯汁,可以媲美鮑魚專門店,不過這裏的價錢平一點,值得推薦。👍👍👍👍👍爽脆萵筍絲,清甜爽口。姬松茸竹蓀排骨湯,材料十足,香味濃郁,令人回味無窮。😍😍😍😍😍黑松露蘆筍$98,除了黑松露和蘆筍之外,還有淮山條,蘆筍爽口,黑松露味道香濃,淮山軟腍腍可口,三者同樣是素食,健康又美味。松子薑蓉菠菜$28,薑蓉味道香濃,蔬菜長甜可口,這個凍食適合素食者。涼拌萵筍絲$28,萵筍絲爽脆可口,帶點魚湯的鮮味,雖然是一道小食,吃得出廚師製作是一絲不苟。批杷凍$38,甜度適中,清潤可口。 continue reading
