最近我去咗一間泰國餐廳,試咗佢哋嘅咖喱牛腩飯、烤豬頸肉飯、小菜同甜品。整體嚟講,呢次嘅用餐體驗有好有壞。咖喱牛腩飯方面,咖喱汁比較稀,但味道依然唔錯,牛腩煮得入味。烤豬頸肉飯方面,豬頸肉上面有啲汁,另外仲有一兜專門俾人點豬頸肉食嘅醬汁。不過,我自己比較鍾意豬頸肉燒燶啲同冇汁嘅食法,所以呢個菜式對我嚟講未算完美。小菜方面,我叫咗生菜包同炒通菜。兩樣都非常出色,特別係生菜包,清新爽口啲肉碎果都多層次,食完一塊生菜再食再食,最後清埋碟。不過,生牛肉湯河就比較失望。牛肉非常之肥,似係比較次級嘅肥牛,影響咗整體嘅口感。最後,我點咗椰汁西米露糕作為甜品,味道還好,但冇乜特別驚喜。總括而言,呢間泰國餐廳有啲菜式表現出色,但亦有啲地方可以改進。特別推薦生菜包,係值得一試。 continue reading

平日下晝4點幾入,好似得一枱員工食緊,店員好好咁俾咗卡位我坐。之後都係得三枱人入咗嚟。正常服務,有笑容,表情和善,用一般聲浪招呼人,not a發晦氣餐廳。😂佈局簡潔,有啲泰國裝飾,見到兩個店員唔似本地人,可能真係泰國人嚟。叫咗下午茶嘅冬蔭功湯粉,有飲品,加一後50蚊。聽到人哋嗌海南雞飯都幾快上,我個粉耐啲可能無乜人嗌係即叫即煮😂,有青口,魷魚×2,蝦,配菜有草菇,秀珍菇,車厘茄。海鮮淥得啱啱熟唔柴。湯夠味但唔重味精,只係我估未必完全自己煲嘅(直覺嚟啫)。幾舒適,可以試吓。 continue reading

夜晚天氣仲係好熱,想搵啲泰國嘢食下,上openrice search到呢間好多好評,所以就去試吓!入到去啲待應大多數係泰國人,感覺良好。最想推介呢條香芒鱸魚沙律,平時係泰國餐廳食鱸魚通常都係鹽燒或者明爐,第一次見用來做沙律。佢所謂嘅沙律係將條鱸魚起骨,煎炸咗,再係上面加啲香芒沙律,沙律入面仲有木瓜、腰果等等,個醬汁酸酸地,都幾開胃。最鐘意佢起咗骨,食得夠方便。呢條魚好大條,都係$158。叫咗一個海鮮,就叫個肉,揀咗6串沙嗲串燒 ,$88,可以自己拼搭,我地要咗豬、牛、雞各2串,,幾有燒烤香味。最後叫咗個蝦頭油鮮蝦炒飯,$88,飯食落去無食到蝦嘅香味,有啲淡,另外比較多三色粒,我個人對三色豆麻麻。 continue reading

近來超級超級喜愛吃泰國菜 😆 今天就去這間吃炒金邊粉和嘗試一下泰式煮魚 😙😙🔸鮮蝦炒金邊粉口感是有點濕的炒金邊粉,每條面都有醬汁包住,加上花生碎和青檸檬汁,酸酸甜甜的好吃 😋😋 🔸泰式明爐烏頭很大一條魚 😍 下面有個小火爐大概可以燃燒半小時,令魚不會太快冷掉可以慢慢吃 👍🏻 湯底有點像微酸微辣的冬陰功,配料有生菜、草菇、秀珍菇和肉碎,加上泰國酸辣汁好好吃 🥰整體感覺很好!這間店還有其他款式烤魚,下次再來試其他菜式 🤤 continue reading
