我朋友超鍾意食烤肉,尤其係牛肉。近期佢生日,我帶佢嚟呢度食燒烤自助餐。呢度嘅裝修環境都唔錯,佈置得好整齊,好好睇。當時有幾個set畀我哋揀,我哋點咗Set E。我哋點咗好多唔同嘅牛肉,其中有搭配香水檸檬嘅牛脷。肉質好軟嫩,又好有咬勁。配上一啲酸味,味道更有層次感。薄灸牛里脊肉都好唔錯,唔同嘅口感,但牛肉味好濃郁。都係好好食!仲有兩色蔥花牛脷,烤起嚟好香,原本嘅牛肉味加上蔥花。散發嘅香味搞到我哋流口水。牛肉好軟嫩,每一口都好享受。另外嘅和牛牛肉角切,厚度啱啱好,烤好後一口咬落去,非常滿足。太薄就冇咩咬,呢個厚度,食起嚟好有感覺。和牛牛肋條非常嫩,咬起嚟,嗰個咬勁非常正!牛肉味都好香,好好食!最後仲點咗牛肋肉,食材準備得好好,烤咗後,非常鮮嫩多汁。嗰日我哋食咗超級多牛肉,好飽又好滿足!

放題仲有和牛任食,酒類任飲,就係呢間和牛燒肉一郎!我同一班朋友最鍾意喺呢度聚會,因為要食咩都可以任拎,仲有酒飲,吹水燒嘢食點可以少得酒。我同一班friend係呢度嘅常客,最鍾意嚟呢度食放題。(好特别嘅燈)- 魷魚筒 -彈牙嘅魷魚烤咗之後非常香脆,而且係整隻嘅,食得更加爽!而且魷魚都好新鮮,味道非常鮮甜!海鮮配酒簡直就係一流!- 和牛西冷 -西冷真係不得了,果然係上等嘅和牛肉,味道同口感完全就係其他地方食唔到嘅,而且大口食肉都係非常爽。- 帆立貝 -非常新鮮唔止,烤出嚟嘅口感好順滑,喺口味上帶嚟一丝新鮮感,好好食!- 夏多布里昂 -油脂非常密集,搭配醬汁烤出嚟香氣十足,牛油嘅香味布滿咗整塊肉,每一口都係極上嘅享受。- 牛脷拚豬肉 -呢種搭配聽起來有啲奇怪,但係食起嚟真係非常正,牛脷嘅彈性加上豬肉嘅鮮甜,好味到極!- 青口 -燒烤最唔可以少嘅就係青口,青口經過燒烤後更加肥美,海鮮嘅清香扑鼻而嚟,食咗幾口都會回味無窮。- 和牛六款 -各種和牛部位都食得到,最緊要就係仲有我最鍾意嘅肋肉,肥瘦相間非常好食,口感上嘅層次豐富,牛香四射。整盤拼盤賣相睇起嚟就好惹味!喺呢度食肉飲酒真係好享受,我哋最鍾意就係呢度!

前排嘅舊同學聚會,我哋決定嚟呢度食燒烤自助餐。主要係呢度嘅食物好唔錯,有幾個朋友仲超鍾意呢度嘅和牛肉呢度嘅環境同氛圍都唔錯,整潔乾淨。桌椅佈置得好精美。討論咗餐牌之後,我哋決定點Set D嘅放題,雖然有啲料要另外收費,但入面嘅料比較啱我哋。一上枱,我哋就點咗厚厚嘅五花肉。烤要啲時間,但係真係好香,大大塊食落去好爽,好有滿足感。烤好之後,肉質非常軟嫩,味道好正。後嚟我哋點咗一道搭配香水檸檬嘅牛脷。燒牛脷外焦里嫩,肉質好豐富。帶啲酸嘅檸檬可以令牛脷嘅味道更加有層次感。下一道就係我哋嘅重點——和牛西冷。放入去烤嗰陣,散發出濃郁嘅香味,食落去好有咬勁,味道超正!之後我哋仲點咗啲其他嘅肉,有牛里脊肉同蔥花牛脷。呢啲牛肉嘅肉質好細膩,非常軟嫩可口。食膩咗牛肉之後,我哋仲上咗海鮮,炸蝦同青口。炸蝦好彈牙,外皮好酥脆,炸得好均勻。青口都好鮮嫩多汁。我哋都食得好開心,好滿足。
