有幾多唔同燒肉套餐選擇,幾多人都搵到峉岩食。環境幾闊落舒服,抽空做得唔錯,食完都唔會成大陣味!志盛(2人前) $561 💫8/10呢個套餐有齊牛、豬、雞肉,仲要有埋和牛嘅添,都幾豐盛,兩個人食完全冇問題!肉品包括有鹽味牛舌、黑毛和牛腹柳小排、黑毛和牛上肩肉、極上厚切牛胸腹柳、蔥鹽雞腿肉、黑毛豬小排,個人最愛黑毛和牛腹柳小排,肉味有唔會太油膩,另外極上厚切牛胸腹柳都好食,佢本身位於較接近內臟位,所以食落味道有D唔同,燒到佢7-8成熟,肉質好鮮嫩幾多汁!另外食燒肉一定要配米飯$25,有埋麵豉湯同泡菜!另外多叫左冷麵加購價$38,呢個酸酸地幾開胃,食牛肉食到膩整番啖,正!日本蔥烏賊沙律 $78 💫8/10第一次食呢個配搭,又幾清新,烏賊凍食幾軟嫩,配埋蔥同醃制左嘅洋蔥,好開胃。就算單食洋蔥、蔥都好清爽,燒肉到一半時間都幾解膩🌟總結:多選擇,牛肉質素唔錯,經過絕對可以一試。  continue reading

燒肉801堅持使用好的食材,主打日本直送肉品,將奢華與美味巧妙結合,全力挑逗食客們的味蕾,令食客享受專屬於自己的美食天堂。每一款燒肉都看起來很好吃,有選擇障礙嗎? 那就點志盛,可以吃到燒肉801必吃的招牌烤肉。吃肉前先來份前菜開開胃,我們選吃了泡菜冷麵,泡菜咬感爽脆,酸中帶微辣,光吃胃口大開,冷麵好吃到停不下來,泡菜配冷麵這組合一上桌就讓人食指大動,冷麵幼細清爽有咬勁,醃青瓜酸爽,味道滿分。黑毛豚無骨小排瘦中帶肥,油脂分佈適中,光吃黑毛豚無骨小排可以吃到豚肉的鮮甜,肉質彈嫩不柴。這裡的黑毛豚無骨小排略有厚感,不是薄切的,擁有肥瘦完美交疊的雙重口感,油花讓人越嚼越香,也不會令人覺得油膩。鹽味牛舌也是志盛的一大賣點,鹽味牛舌屬薄片型,遇熱肉汁就跑出來,上烤爐不用烤太久,翻個面就可以夾起來享用,鹽味牛舌微脆有彈勁,牛舌搭配鹽巴吃果然有火花,鹽味牛舌鹹香涮嘴,教人一口接一口。極尚厚切牛胸腹柳份量還蠻大一塊,帶有厚度,有著美美的牛脂,將極尚厚切牛胸腹柳烤至約五分熟度,外層微焦,裡頭保有粉嫩色澤,牛汁相當飽滿,富有濃郁的牛肉香氣,肉質也相當軟嫩,單吃極尚厚切牛胸腹柳已非常夠味。本身堂姐超愛蔥鹽味雞腿肉,看到蔥鹽味雞腿肉怎麼能放過,雞腿肉已經去骨,雞肉肥美細嫩,烤好雞腿肉抹上一層燒肉801自家製蔥鹽,簡直是絕配。蔥鹽味雞腿肉不只吃出焦黃的雞皮,雞腿肉滑嫩汁多,拌上蔥鹽後更不膩味,層次多變。好肉也是需要有好的燒烤技巧才能顯現出燒肉的味美,牛油分佈細密緊緻的黑毛和牛上肩肉翻一次面再烤幾秒便可以,大約五分熟程度,黑毛和牛上肩肉肉香馥郁,嚼感細緻甜鮮,完全無可挑剔,一吃就上癮。黑毛和牛腹柳小排有如大理石般的脂肪及恰到好處的厚薄度太誘人了,嚐在嘴裡不只能嚐得到濃濃的和牛香鮮,嫩口的肉感更是讓人欲罷不能,尤其是火烤後的油質更為迷人,黑毛和牛腹柳小排怎麼吃都不膩口,超加分。帆立貝浸泡在牛油裡頭,稍微加熱後,散發出陣陣油香,塞進嘴巴是帆立貝豐盈的海味,接著是無敵豐腴大顆的帆立貝爆汁衝擊,大海滋味在口中綻放,是垂涎欲滴的絕品,實在愛透,海鮮控必吃帆立貝。 continue reading
