第一次試係星期日午餐時段黎食 唔算多人位置上由於唔喺大街都要搵一搵分別叫咗蒜汁雞扒印度薄餅同黑椒豬手飯$60有凍飲餐湯餐包 我覺得係性價比係好高餐廳好懷舊 張枱係用膠膜鋪嗰種叫完野食好快就上餐湯同餐包 餐包係熱正常嘅羅宋湯好 忌廉湯係有埋火腿粒係入面 幾好味個雞扒好厚身大塊 味道都ok 連埋薄餅食好飽 跟餐嘅司華力腸就差啲 似係就咁烚熟豬手都好食無骨 啖啖肉凍飲嘅size比較細 但整體而言 好飽好抵食 continue reading

很久沒去銅鑼灣了, 今天約朋友去吃晚飯, 發覺整個銅鑼灣都變化很大, 很多空置舖頭, 晚上8點多便人煙稀少. 朋友提意去5年前我們同學聚餐那金鳳餐廳. 我兩一進去, 嘩!跟以前完全不同, 以前人山人海, 現小貓三四, 那爤木大門已換新的, 裝修一樣沒變, 老板還在. 我朋友叫了羅宋湯, T骨. 我也叫羅宋湯, 但主食叫安格斯肉眼. 湯到發覺跟以前一樣, 甜,酸,辣層次分明, 朋友的T骨超大,帶有牛柳, 鬆化易入口,有肉味. 我的安格斯肉眼口感甘香, 濃郁的牛肉味, 真正穀飼牛肉. 食完跟老板聊天, 他說現環境, 生意大跌七八成. 但我看到他們很努力去倣好每樣出品,希望他們能渡過此寒冬. 我會繼續再去的. 大家一起努力. continue reading

抱住當年情嘅感覺,入到裏便,十分之昏暗,所有侍應叔叔及婆婆都係木無表情丶沒有制服°用QRcode點餐以為先進左,但要五成嘅牛柳,出嚟三成都冇,唔止自己張枱連隔離都係一樣。有人倒瀉茶,睇到你自己用紙巾抹枱都係掂行掂過,沒有意識要幫你抹枱。侍應們就好似趕收工,不停喺你左右穿插幾十次。個麵包食咗兩啖,已經即刻收走牛油同麵包籃,由送餐到食完,只係30分鐘,不停喺身邊收嘢,感覺非常之奇怪,並非一般茶餐廳價錢。全間餐廳職員都冇溝通,個個黑口黑面。完全感受唔到受歡迎,雖然食物質素同當年變化不大,但係都唔會再有下一次。十分之失望。 continue reading

以前大學嘅時候拍拖已經食金鳳,今日諗住舊地重遊,但係質素真係差左好多。首先,湯同包都未黎到,羊架已經黎到。要我地催幾次先黎。其中一舊羊架仲要係生嘅… 係超市紅色凍肉嗰隻生… 鐵板都整唔熟😰🤮羊扒都係好普通,多鬆肉粉又多肥膏,真係食到嘅無幾啖之後黎嘅包同嘉頓方包無分別,乾爭爭,好似無reheat過,黎到凍冰冰…. 😶同行嘅大學朋友都覺得好麻麻。我地臨出餐廳嘅時候仲見到角落有隻死曱甴。就算有幾多回憶都好都唔會再返黎啦🥲 continue reading

之前見佢烏燈黑火,以為執咗,後來知道未執立刻去幫襯,但最後只有人面全非四宇,裝修係有翻新,都有保留以前面貌,牛扒都同以前一樣,但侍應無問要幾成熟(以前有問嘅),好彩我唔介意食熟啲嘅,或者特別同佢講佢會做!啲汁以前係用個兜裝著,上枱先淋落去,現在淋咗汁先,攪到凍晒,好彩我唔食咁熱嘅嘢啫! continue reading
