留園店名取自蘇州的留園,留園雅敍原為留園飯店分店,米芝蓮一星級食府,主打傳統地道上海菜,許多明星和食家捧場客,現留園己結業,祇剩下這店,我們一行六人慕名而來嘗鮮。先來兩個開胃前菜豆干拌馬蘭頭及鎮江餚肉馬蘭頭~麻油香加豆干,稍鹹,但味道不俗,清爽不膩,有嚼勁餚肉~晶瑩剔透,豬肉與豬皮之間透明喱哩,入口煙靱,餚肉冰涼,每人可分到起碼子兩件清炒蝦仁蝦比較細粒,稍鹹但不油,清爽帶鮮味葱爆牛肉牛肉頗大件,份量不少,京葱惹味,這道菜稍微油膩及偏鹹。經典上海點心(必吃)招牌鮮肉小籠包皮薄餡足,看起來很多褶皺,唔知有無十八層?提起來要小心翼翼,生怕弄穿個皮,一口咬下去,好juicy ,口感豐富生煎包~五個一客包皮比較厚,包身鬆軟,包底煎得金黃酥脆,餡鮮嫩有汁不乾巴巴蒸、炸銀絲卷,家常餅~熱騰騰,厚身煎得香口,但有點乾,食味一般不及葱油餅樟茶鴨外皮炸得稍乾,但肉質不錯海参鍋巴~鍋巴與料分開上鍋巴白色像米通,不是金黃色的飯焦那種整體而言,食物水準大致可以,馬蘭頭,鎮江餚肉,清炒蝦仁,上海小籠包,生煎包,比較出色,唯普遍偏鹹,但是上海菜特色,烹調手法側重醬料,口味比粤菜重,價格相對亦比較貴。 continue reading

個蟹膏粉皮真係好好食我對上嗰次淨係喺Rosewood酒店食喺高粉皮,我覺得今次呢一度上次都係一樣咁好食另外嗰個牌次非常正真係好驚喜,侍應應該做咗好多年全部都係老牌阿姐。嗰個係粉小籠包好香油味呀。仲有嗰個蜜糖脆鱔啊成塊薯片咁樣脆卜卜,直頭食唔停口!太好味,食完今餐要用10日減肥啊!要配飲茅台仲有嗰個馬求蘭菜。好好食。仲有個高力豆沙真正,下次一定再來👍🏻要encore 最後嗰個薑茶湯圓夠晒薑啊。又驅寒又好食。 continue reading

朋友生日,知佢一向鍾意食上海菜,就訂咗呢間灣仔星級上海菜館同佢慶生呢度交通方便,地方環境亦好,裝修清雅,侍應姐姐態度親切當日安排兩人坐卡位,空間感十足,十分舒服兩個人叫咗兩樣㸃心,首先係呢度嘅招牌小籠包,亦是朋友至愛皮薄餡靚,湯汁飽滿鮮甜湯鮮甜,雞肉細細粒,份量足夠,要趁熱食豆干同麻油伴菜,份量不少,兩個人食完,再吃不下其他小食和甜點總結:呢度食物不俗,服務亦好好,當然價格亦不便宜,茶錢$28位,現時重做緊推廣,星期六,日到此有八折優惠,個人認為價格與質量成正比。 continue reading
